Lady at front was rude and condescending, I told her I could find the apt building at first and she said “ how you couldn’t find it the numbers are on the building” . I was there just to drop of an grocery order and I told her the name because the person wasn’t answering and I could leave it in the office. She assumed I didn’t knock the first time so I went back to do it again. Yes I told her the wrong apt # at fist because I didn’t see it that time and I was flustered and I forgot which one it was that’s why I gave her the name. I lived here a couple of years and I had up and down experiences. Lack of proper insulation’s in the apartments was an annoying factor. I could literally hear even the secrets exchanged in the next apartment. However, I loved the surrounding. It was calm and rich with vegetation. It’s conveniently located closer to Wichita State University and the shuttle service runs right in front of the entrance. I believe it’s a great place for college students who are looking for a place with lower rents and have no means of transportation to college.

I've lived in this complex for nearly 7 years, and there certainly was a lot of history with the complex. I have to say that being a single guy with a dog, it's been a great experience. I've seen the management of the old and the new. I missed the management of the old, but I was quite content with the new. The turning point was the fire on one of the building caused by a cigarette butt. New owners came in and started to slowly increase the rate each year to offset the cost of upgrading the entire complex. I wasn't quite too happy about it, and wished that they could have handled it better, such
