Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is $1500. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances. I originally had a good experience with these apartments but unfortinately the new management company has changed that. They pass every single charge on to the residents as well as have no leeway in situations. They tie the local management's hands and if the app dosent work 100 percent right your on the hook for any errors. Great property given the local events. But poor parent company now

After we were forced into staying here, my boyfriend and I decided that we would just stay until our lease was up because we simply, could not handle anymore unnecessary stress.
At the beginning of May of this year (2021), we were served a 14/30 notice to quit and vacate. My boyfriend and I had taken in our boss' cats to help him out while he moved. PART ONE
When my boyfriend and I first moved in here. Everything was fine. We were excited as this was our first place together with just him and I. Even though our apartment was extremely outdated, the office staffed seemed nice and informative which was very nice because we weren't entirely sure of what we were doing.
We lived here for a year and decided to sign another lease, this is where our issues started with the leasing office, most importantly, BRE. We went in to sign our new lease, she goes over all the normal things

I’ve lived at Morgan’s Landing for a little over a year now and love it here. Everybody is very friendly and incredibly helpful! We recently woke up to our toilet flood and had maintenance in to fix it within MINUTES after calling it in. They got the problem solved in a few hours and even cleaned the carpet for us where the water was! If you’re looking for an apartment I highly recommend Morgan’s Landing!

This has been a great apartment to live while attending graduate school in Wichita. It is located conveniently. There is a grocery store right across the street and gym right next door. It's less then 10 min drive to the zoo if you have kiddos. There is a playground and pool available as well. The yards are well maintained. Management stays interactive with their Tennants by holding many different contests and offering ways to earn prizes are awards towards rent.
The only complaint I have had so far is that anyone can enter the apartment buildings rather then needing a key to enter. There was

I really like the staff at Morgan's landing, they are always helpful and always polite and friendly. in my opinion this is the best option for us and I think many will like it too. very nice apartment, there is a nice playground, bike parking. several barbecue area and a large clean double pool for you and your kids. there is everything for a comfortable life nearby. cafes of various types, grocery store, pharmacy, gas station, gym, hairdresser, mobile service, etc.

I've lived at Morgan's Landing for around 8 yrs. Rent is equivalent to market value. I'm Not thrilled with additional pet rent but other complexes also charge it so O'well. Location is wonderful for people who work on the west & north west side of Wichita. A Dillon's literally across the street. I have no complaints with the maintenance team, specially the last 5yrs. Office Staff have always been friendly, professional & treated me with respect. Walls/ceiling are little on thin side but this is a complex with interior hallways so sound gets trapped. The neighbors in the 2 buildings I've lived in

I have lived here for a year and just signed for an additional year. Property management has been very kind and communicates well when they will be doing regular maintenance. The few times I have needed additional maintenance work outside of the regularly scheduled work all I have needed to do is call and they have been there or been in contact to schedule a time within a day. They are pet friendly, they take great care of their property and they have made multiple upgrades in the last year alone. If you are looking for a nice apartment priced reasonably in West Wichita check them out.
