Knollwood Apartments

The office workers are rude if you try to complain about anything they act as if they are mad at you but at first they were very professional and they let ppl in your house even if you tell them not too

I first want to start with a KUDOS....
I have had multiple maintenance issues in early June. 1st, my A/C went out. I have a pet so it was important it was repaired quickly. I reported the problem after hours and before I got home at 11:30 during my lunch break it was fixed. Then the neighboring apt. had a burst / leaking water heater. Mr. Anthony was out early and on top of the repairs. I was extremely grateful for the speedy responses to both situations.
Now.... to move forward to a FRUSTRATING situation. I have NO PROBLEMS when communicating with the office staff. Everyone is kind and pleasant

Wish the gates stayed close and the residents had codes to allow themselves and visitors only in to keep the crime rate down and help residents feel safer.

Updating this review to say that management has been ineffective in solving the problems I have been experiencing for around 7 months now.

Scrap kitchen cabinets,the toilet leaking .Don’t worth the price.they should renovate some apartments. the kitchen cabinets that are in a bad conditions.

This leasing office will appear very kind and helpful when first moving in, but this changes as soon as you sign your lease. They will become rude and unresponsive. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Appliances were constantly breaking in my unit (luckily maintenance is prompt!) During the pandemic, they never once responded to my multiple inquires about rent assistance or delay. Turns out, all they did for their residents was waive a small fee. I turned to a month-to-month lease due to personal circumstances and they were extremely unclear with what to expect and NEVER DREW UP ANY PAPERWORK

UPDATE: The owner of this complex responded here and asked that I contact them. I had already done that prior to this review being written and was basically told "too bad. We can do what we want." I also filed a formal complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and Knollwood ignored the BBB's multiple attempts to contact them regarding my complaint. Knollwood is trying to pretend they didn't completely lie and try to scam me, resulting in the destruction of my credit score. If Knollwood really wants to resolve this they will remove the false collections claims from my credit

This rating is for the realtor Wade! The apartments are nice and the area seems nice as well. He made the experience of touring great! He was energetic and answered all of our questions truthfully and gave us options and price ranges. I recommend if you are thinking about looking into these apartments, ask for Wade.

I have friends that live there. The have been updating the place. Looking whole lot better these days

My lease is up in MID September. I'm praying that it hurry up. I have a crack in my door that maintenance claims can't be fixed so bugs get in easily. My tub has been refurbished and is peeling it looks disgusting and never looks clean. You can't sit on your balcony without smelling dog mess owners never clean it up. The ROACHES, TERMITES SPIDERS and other pest are just disgusting!!!!! DID I MENTION ROACHES YAK. Neighbors leave trash outside the door for days or even a week at a time. They need to get rid of this disgusting carpet especially if the person before you had pets. Carpet is so outdated

I lived here back in 2006. At the time it was one of the nicest places I've ever lived in. Real mix of people with a rather rich diversity. Nice facilities to do laundry and work out. Nice pool. Overall it was a great place and was super cheap. I am not sure how it is now but it was great then.
