My lease was over back in August of 2021 & Lisa told me that they were going to mail me any balance remaining in the mail. After a few weeks of not receiving anything, and trying to get a hold of them to see if everything was settled, they don’t even answer the phone.
Today 12-14-2021 I received a call from the National Credit System regarding my unpaid debt & they were the ones who emailed me the information not the office.

Do not move here. Lisa and Nancy are liars. Lisa does not know how to manage apartments and I’m surprise no one haven’t seriously hurt her. Lisa nor Nancy her boss, know how to communicate. Lisa changed my lock on my apartment without going through the proper procedure of eviction. She lied and said my apartment was abandoned even though my mother has proof she’s been talking to her since Nov. 11th. My mom was in contact with her because of my health issues. Lisa knows she does things to purposely irritate people so in person she’ll tell you one thing but behind your back do another. She

These are the worst apts in the area…. The apartment manager has to be the worst everytime you call the office they never answer and when they do it’s always and excuse to why something isn’t done…. I have no light for my living room and bedroom so I had to buy lamps … what kind of apt has no lighting in the living room and bedroom… I saw some ppl move out next door to me the next day maintenance came out with the sink knowing all the the sinks need to be removed because the garbage disposal does not work… the apartment manager plays friends but she really doesn’t not know what

I lived here a year ago for about 2years. The maintenance people were great. All requests were attended to promptly.. However, if you are due a refund on your deposit don't expect to get it back. I was due about $350 deposit back due to paying a large pet deposit of $500 when I first moved in. I tried for months calling every week to see what the status was. I was always told it was in the mail or they had to call upper management and would call me back. At first I was told I owed them and it even went to my credit report. I did get that removed but still no refund was ever sent. It will be one

Laura in the office is extremely helpful and kind. She met my situation without judgement knowing that my credit score was not so good. She told me that they would work with me to the best of their ability to get me in a home. I'm happy to say that after employment verification and deposits paid I now have a wonderful new place with a nice grounds area to walk my dogs as well. If you're in need of a place to call home, I highly recommend you talk to Laura!!! I'm super excited!! New year is going to be great!!

Nice place, quite & friendly staff. I went with my girlfriend to look at apartments & the young lady that helped her was really nice. She didn't mind walking in the rain to show us an apartment across the complex. It would be nice if they had upgraded features in the apartments. But for what it is it's nice & in a good location for work.
