Our home inspection is performed according to the standards of practice and code of ethics of the American Society of Home Inspectors. John Gerardi has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Master's degree from Syracuse University. He is a Professional Engineer licensed to practice in New York State, and a NY Certified Pest Control Technician.
He is also a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors(ASHI). In addition to his engineering education and experience he has also been a licensed real estate sales person and broker.
