I moved into clock tower village in May, upon receiving my keys and post signing my lease there were issues from the start. We moved into a completely uncleaned apartment. With mildew growing in the bathrooms. Damaged caulking, doors, cabinets etc. after our first night we attempted to shower with no hot water. We’re told to reset our hot water heater and that was all. I continued to find issues within the apartment and had multiple attempts at having things replaced and fixed. I had un-finished doors that could have cut someone and after filing my first complaint via email was told with maintenance

We moved in 8/10/20 during the pandemic. The previous management team tried, but there seemed to be a lot of confusion and repairs/communication was so-so.
Fast forward to now. Teresa and Ari in the front office are on their game. Something's wrong? They'll get it fixed. Got a question? They've got an answer.
We were nervous when we got the letter on our garage letting us know that there was a transfer of ownership in progress to a new company, but the new management staff has exceeded expectations.
We love living here.

I’ve really enjoyed living in Clocktower. The best thing overall is the nice community and the friendly people. I like the updated apartments and the location is great especially if you work on the base. If you have a pet, you’ll enjoy the paths all around the area and the CT park. The complex is pet friendly, but people could use a good lesson on how to clean up after their dogs. That’s no fault of the apartment complex itself, but it makes it hard on your pet for sanitary reasons and on your own shoes ;)...plus it’s just gross. The community center is nice and convenient and we wish we

All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Super easy application process with it all online. Apartments are updated with garages. Maintenance team has also been very prompt and nice to deal with. We love the location as it is walkable to plenty of things in Dupont for food and other needs. Nice neighborhoods nearby for walking and park trails also within walking distance. Highly recommend for long or short term rentals.
Teresa the manager was amazing to deal with and very personable. No complaints!

Being in a renovated apartment close to work is lovely, however, the prior owners were shady about the sewage/water bill. It went from a reported average of 75$ a month for both to the reality of paying over 100$ every month that goes to a separate service. Paying a bunch of little fees for common area gas, sewage, etc adds up and not discussed prior to your signing of the lease.
You pay more for being bottom floor with attached garage, 65$ per mth extra. Which doesn't make sense as it is directly connected to the apartment. On the first floor, you also get to hear your upstairs neighbor every
