We had a rough time moving to Washington when my husband got orders here however this place made it all better. The apartment complex is beautiful and well maintained. We experienced a fire while living here at no fault at our own and they were super quick go put us in a new apartment. They went above and beyond and most of all the ladies up front were always super sweet and very attentive. It was definitely a home and we couldn't have chose a better place. We recommend this place to everyone

I called Abbey Rowe apartments home for only one year and have absolutely no complaints! Abbey Rowe is a very nice and quiet gated community that is well maintained and kept up with. The staff members were always very friendly and helpful with any of my needs. If we had any maintenance issues it was always fixed within a timely manner. I can’t thank the staff members enough for all of the support that I got from them.

I lived here for 3 years and it was a wonderful experience. It was always quiet and peaceful and the staff was amazing. These are the kind of people you want to keep in touch with even after you move out.

Abbey Rowe was home for me for the past 2 years. The staff Kathleen and Raylean were the icing on the cake. They provided such a welcoming spirit and made my life so much easier when it came to living situation. The maintenance staff was fantastic when it came to services never a long wait. I’ll tell you if you’re looking for a great place, people who are accommodating, caring, and has nothing but your best interest in mind. Look no further you’ve found it! Vote Abbey Rowe 2020 lol

This apartment community was a great place from the moment we had our walk through to the last day staying there! The two ladies that work in the office are just full of energy and outstanding customer service! When we would have issues with anything at our apt, the handymen where always there to take care of anything! They are wonderful as well, very friendly! From the pool, to the “park” they have in the back, I’ve always felt welcome. I highly recommend being part of this community to anyone looking to stay!

I have heard so many wonderful things about Abbey Rowe. My husband and I will be moving to Washington next month. I unfortunately have called multiple times this week and have been sent to the answering machine. It doesn’t give such a great first impression for a future resident if I can’t even schedule a tour date.

The staff is comprised of amazing people who are genuine and real. Very understanding and willing to work with you and the property is very well kept and clean. The homes are also well kept and cozy. I highly recommend these apartments.

This apartment complex was well suited for my needs. They have everything you need for your family there. Close to stores and the military post if you going there. Most of all Kathi and Raylean were amazing. They treated me like family opposed to just a resident. Sorry I had to go and would definitely rent from this place again.

Where do I start?! We first moved here in July of 2018 and Abbey Rowe immediately caught our attention because they were affordable, they were a gated community and because the complex was located in such a great spot with everything nearby. Highly recommend! My family lived here for 3 years and loved it. It’s a quiet and very beautiful area. The women in the office, Kathy and Raelene are so welcoming and so sweet! My son love going to see them. Also the maintenance guys are as sweet as the ladies in the front! Thank you for making our stay there feel like home!

Nice location and very expensive and you are gonna get rob.

First, it is very nice location. Everything is near you and near i-5.

Second, I guess because there are a lot of military families in area they keep raise the rent every year. Most of place gives you discount if you decide to have another contract with them. Not this place.
Plus you get less than $100 for military discount.

Third, someone broke into my car twice and stole change and other stuff in the car. It is not worth much but still... they advertise apartment "GATED COMMUNITY". Now they generously put "there are

I love this place. I rented their furnished apartment and have no complaints. The staff are very accommodating and would even deliver my packages for me when I can't come by their office before closing. The neighborhood is clean and safe and the facilities are nice. They respond to any issues very promptly and would notify you ahead of time if there's any maintenance or inspection going on. I would live here again and definitely recommend it specially to service members like me.

I stayed at Abbey Rowe during my last 10 months in Washington while stationed at JBLM. I will not miss the the constant drizzle and cold but I will miss my awesome apartment at Abbey Rowe. The staff there were very friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful. I enjoyed going to the office to fix myself a cup of coffee, grab a cookie, and talking with the staff to talk about just anything. I will always remember their smiles and the nice conversations.

The grounds were meticulously kept clean and neat. I felt very secure staying there and liked the fact that it was only a short 20 minutes away

Abbey Rowe Apartments
This last weekend my husband and I spent more than nine hours each day trying very hard to find a nice apartment to live in temporarily while we find a home to buy. We had absolutely no luck with our search until Monday,we called Abbey Rowe and spoke with Clara the leasing manager.
We were very frantic to move in that day and put a lot of pressure on her to get us the place right away.
Clara was very persistent and had all the knowledge to get the paperwork done and have us settled in that night. Not only was she fast and gave us exactly what we were looking for but she was

Just here on a visit. Apartments are fairly nice. The one I stayed in was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath one. My only rant are the speed bumps. They are massive and annoying. You can't go fast if you wanted to in there regardless of their presence. Parking with trucks can be somewhat of a task because of the small parking spaces.

Recommend if you're here temporarily, and it's fairly close to Ft. Lewis.
