Our instructors would love to meet with you one on one to develop your own personal practice to manage any of the above ailments OR to empower you in your process of mastering a personal meditation practice or a particular pose. You name it, we are here for you! This is not intended to be a replacement for treatment by a doctor but as an adjunct to your personal wellness practices.
We have resumed in person classes, for safety purposes we will limit class sizes significantly until all mandates are lifted so please register in advance online to reserve your space. We are sanitizing the space after each use and ask students to bring minimal personal items inside. Bring only what you need for class please.
Each instructor choreographs a particular series of breath work and movement for each class, so you'll never get the same class twice. Many of our classes are accessible to beginners and advanced practitioners alike; however, we invite students to select the class that best meets their needs.
Our instructors are happy to assist students in modifying postures to accommodate illness, injury, or lack of mobility however we cannot accommodate large amounts of individual attention in a group class setting.Flow classes are open to beginners & generally designed to provide a great full body experience every class will help build your capacity for balance, strength & flexibility.

Be sure to arrive early to class and well hydrated & let us know if its your first time to Balanced Hot Yoga!. Hot vinyasa flow yoga can be a daunting place to begin your yoga journey but that doesn't mean you shouldn't do it. Come try just one class and you will know afterwards whether or not this style MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT for you!.
Hot yoga provides all the amazing life-changing benefits of any other asana practice, with an additional level of detoxification through sweat. There are many conflicting opinions and very few studies specific to hot vinyasa flow yoga. It becomes the responsibility of the practitioner to identify if the practice is right for them.

I’ve tried many yoga studios throughout the years and Balanced Hot is the first one that I have truly fallen in love with. The heat... the cushy floors... the care that goes into making the space a beautiful environment for practicing. The instructors are great and it’s easy to find a class that speaks to how you’re feeling on any given day. Renee is wonderful and I really appreciate the consideration that has gone into the re-opening after COVID. I don’t know what I would do without Balanced Hot Yoga in my life.
