I would highly recommend Suman's instructor trainings for Tai Chi, Qigong for energy balance, and Yoga classes. He is very patient and has a very calm teaching voice. I felt very comfortable in asking him to repeat a move over and over again, until I felt comfortable in what I was doing on my own. He is very experienced, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does!
