The only cab service I trust in NOLA. They know the town, they offer a fair rate and all cabs are clean and pleasant. Highly recommend

They don’t like dropping ppl off in certain locations waited a whole hour just so you hoes to tell me we don’t drop off in there

I just had the worst experience of my life it’s them I work at the bus station and I always get a cab home this morning after a 13 hour day the driver tells me it’s a flat rate of $12...I live 7 blocks away it usually cost me $5 to get home...he then proceeded to argue with me the whole way to the post where I had to tell him I was about to lose my temper and please stop talking to me...he was the rudest driver I have ever had and I will not be riding with them ever again I’d rather walk

Zero consideration for pedestrians or parking regulations... one of the drivers told me he parked on the sidewalk while he walks around the corner to look for parking.

Update After an hour wait I was informed there are no cabs available Uptown tonite . Just dumbfounded.
I reluctantly downloaded an App in about five minutes signed up and my driver was here four minutes after I ordered it . 😓
I am a little heartbroken that old school and something I promoted as the safest way to travel in the city is no longer… reliable. I have faithfully used United Cab for 19 years. I understand it is Ramadan but tonite is the second time this month I have waited over 40 minutes and still no cab. Last time a friend came and drove me so I canceled the ride. Tonite

I trust United Cab to get me to my destination on time. Their drivers know the city, they are courteous and you can count on them to show up for a scheduled ride to the airport. My only issue with United Cab: Their App does not work as well as Uber’s. Right now, the United Cab App will not open. I believe that I would use United Cab much more often if they had a good App.

Last night my friend called this company to get a ride home from work and was physically attacked by the driver. When she called to make a complaint she was called a lying c*nt and hung up on. This is disgusting and very unsettling. Women, do not ride with this sham of a cab company.

I recommend United in general for reliably good service, but I recommend Mr Roy in particular for his help today in changing my car battery with incredible patience and skill.
OF COURSE I tipped him -as should always be the case!
