It was great. We were able to get to any listing we wanted to look at, we found our house, and we felt absolutely thrilled with Steve, our showing agent. Definitely ask for him! Plus we are getting $6k back to not only pay for all the expenses of moving and inspections, and appraisals, but also a little back for ourselves.
There is no reason to work with an agent that takes full commission when you can get great service and $6k back in your pocket.

We used Trelora for both selling a home and then purchasing a new one 5 months later. They're wonderful and I'll recommend them all day, every day. Everyone on the team is knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. I especially loved the personal text message number, it made communication so easy! I'm so glad someone recommended them to me as I felt the standard realtor process and fees to be outdated and far from balanced for the modern era. I sold a home through Trelora a few years ago. That experience had some bumps along the way but was generally satisfactory so I decided to try them again a few years later with another house. While all the people I dealt with were professional and easy to deal with, the house was ultimately listed too high despite my persistent requests for price reconsiderations and remained on the market for over a month (with lots of showings) in a market where houses don't last through the weekend.
Ultimately, I had to move on to a more seasoned realtor and had to contend with the stigma and questions

I worked directly with Raphael. He wrote 4 contracts that didn't get accepted before we finally bought the house we wanted, and he was always on top of negotiations. W enjoyed working with all of the staff who would show us homes. The company works as a team to respond to texts. Very good pandemic experience in a seller's market. And the best part was receiving a fat check after the purchase (although it did take over a month after closing to receive it.)

Working with a few agents before and doing multiple offers, what really made the difference with Trelora, was Raphael Dupuy. Without him, probably we have had not closed the house.
I'm one of those persons who read every single word in a contract and ask a million questions and Raphael was always ready to answer everything and negotiate in our behalf. 10 stars service and highly recommended!!

Sold a house with them and the experience is not that great. Trelora agent rushed us to accept a FIRST low ball offer. I know the house will sell, so I asked Trelora to raise the listing price. Sold for all cash $10k more than the asking price (a week later). Then, they messed up the title. Had to go to the clerk to fix it manually after buyer's attorney sending several messages to my PERSONAL phone.
Have negative buying experience with them.
Hard to schedule appointment, lack of follow up, and demand extra $500 after I paid them retainer fee. Go somewhere else if you're a buyer.

My review and experience with Trelora was from the Buyers side of a home they listed. I have plenty of real estate experience so I clearly know when the ball gets dropped. Now I can say I got a great deal as the Buyer, since the home was listed $27k below market. I even came up a few grand due to multiple offers and I'm happy with the property and my purchase price.
Yes, you can save on commission but do not be fooled, it does come at a cost. Regardless of the pitch you do NOT receive the same level of service as that of a good traditional agent. If you need some education, hand holding
