I recently received the wonderful and professional care services of Dr. Rachel Jhala at Johnson Optometric. I was both comforted and impressed with her kind, thoughtful attention and how effectively she conveyed her knowledge about aspects of my eyes I've always been concerned about - including "background noise" I commonly see that many people even other eye doctors seem to be unaware of. Her interactions were patient and thorough, allowing me to make my own decisions about my eye exam where I feel like my new glasses will be perfect. It is ALWAYS a pleasure to have an eye examination at the Garner office. Dr. Martin is the best! All staff have been great as well. A change in insurance meant finding a new eye care provider, and I could not be happier with Johnson Optometric Associates. Due to a cancellation in the schedule, they were able to get me in the next day. The entire staff was fabulous. I never felt rushed. Everything was well explained, and I was given plenty of opportunities to ask questions. i LOVE the frames I picked out, and I had so much fun with the whole process of choosing them. I will definitely be back, as will other members of my family.

I ended up going here after my other eye place messed my glasses up a few times. They made me an appointment super fast, and did a really thorough job when looking over my glasses to find out what was wrong. They found a few things wrong, and fixed them promptly! Which was great since the other place took weeks. They've been super friendly and willing to help me get them sorted so I'm able to wear them. It's been a great experience so far, and I'll definitely continue going there.

Once again a great experience. Thorough exam, Dr. May asked great questions and really listened to my responses - he made no assumptions. Even those fitting frames were excellent at helping me find something that was both to my taste and within my budget. Courteous and professional from start to finish - kudos to this staff!

Me and my husband have been going to Johmson Optometric Associates in the Garner office for a long time. We have been very pleased with the practice of the Doctors. They are so professional, compassionate and explains what they are doing. The staff in the Optician section are all professional and friendly and know to communicate with their patients.
