John is very professional, diligent, thoughtful, and friendly. He explained everything to us on the day of inspection, and sent us a very detailed report the next day. I learned so much about house maintenance from him! He also has a lot of professional equipments, like infrared to detect temperature differences, and a drone that he can fly up to inspect the roof.
Even the listing agent asked for his card! She said she's never seen anyone who's so detailed in house inspection. I could not be happier to work with John who gave a thorough inspection for 3.5 hours in this 4 beds and 2baths house in Stoneham, MA. He's all in! I have never seen an inspector who worked so hard and put every detail of inspection on the inspection report.

John is the most detailed oriented person I've ever met. When I saw him measure the Slope Grading of the driveway, I know he is the right person. A few details I really loved:
1. He arrived 30 mins early and started investigation the exterior.
2. He checked every water hose and every door lock.
Even my agent said John is one of the best inspectors he ever met. I would really love to recommend John.

John was awesome! He was there a half hour early and started inspecting the outside of the house. He was so thorough, and so good about explaining every detail to us. We felt very much in the loop the entire time, and extremely confident that we were getting a good home when he was done. I would strongly recommend Wave Inspection to any new home buyer, the price was very fair and his knowledge and resources are second to none! Was very safe with COVID precautions, no concerns in that area whatsoever.

Do not make a mistake to choose other inspectors. John is very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He has so many fancy devices including a drone for the roof. He is very careful to check almost everything. He worked with us for 3 houses and always spent more than 4 hours for each. And then, a thick report come shortly. A nationwide top inspector, No doubt!

We can't recommend Wave Inspection Services to enough people. We want him to stay in business forever! This was the most thorough inspection we have ever had. When recommending him to friends we call him "The Sellers Worst Nightmare". We had an inspection a few months ago and he ultimately helped us make the tough decision to walk away from a property. It was our dream home on a lake but the issues were more than we wanted to get into. He also surprised us with some cool drone shots of the lake as the leaves were starting to change! Don't make a mistake and pick another inspection
