Dana is the go to person for your home inspection. I am lucky to have him for 2 houses inspection and always pleased with his service. He is very thorough and always fact oriented. Did not see this when do our home inspection, the mass save came to do the work at my house and found asbestos in the attic. Now in process to removing it by professional. If we didn't have a mass save help, would have to pay a lot of money for it. And if this is found during the home inspection, we probably won't buy the house or last owner have to remove it. We called our attorney but the case was long overdue past the time . Be aware of it.

What a great decision it was to hire Dana Wilson to do the home inspection for the purchase of our new home! Even though this was not our first home purchase we learned so much from Dana. He is the consummate professional and very personable and was always willing to answer our many questions at the inspection and then after the inspection via email and on the phone. We also give a shout-out to Cheryl his administrator who quickly scheduled our inspection and responded to our follow-up calls and emails! We had a great experience working with Dana for the inspection of our first home. He was able to schedule on a very tight timeline, and was incredibly thorough during the process, explaining everything that he was doing along the way. Dana is a really good inspector, I highly recommend him! He definitely knows his stuff. We had a house inspected in Clinton, and Dana knows the town really well so he gave us a lot of really good information about the town itself which was very helpful. The first time we had our inspection scheduled the electricity was off in the home! This was new construction so maybe the builder forgot to pay the bills.... anyway, Dana went out of his way to get the process started and did as much as he could. Dana Wilson Home Inspection Services LLC delivered the best home inspection possible. As first time home buyers, we were not very knowledgable about all things having to do with owning a house. Dana walked us through each inspection and explained every aspect of the house. He is very thorough and caught a lot of things that we definitely wouldn't have picked up on (that in the end would have been a lot of $$$ to fix). In fact, we ended up walking away from a flipped house due to all of the issues Dana picked up on. However, we liked and trusted Dana so much that we called him back a second time
