Working with Keystone has been amazing. Sue was so professional to work with. She explained everything she found and provided pictures with details on how to resolve anything that seemed wrong. Was lucky enough to have worked with them twice and both times they exceeded expectations. I recommend everyone using Keystone, especially veterans. They knew exactly what to look for when using a VA loan.

As a first time home buyers, our experience with Keystone Home Inspection exceeded expectation. Sue Reider was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in her process. I was running approximately 15 minutes late to the appointment and she was already midway through the inspection. We worked with Sue from Keystone for our home inspection in Salem, MA. Even though we waived our inspection with the seller, we are so happy we went ahead and had a home inspection done. We found Sue to be thorough and detail oriented. Sue made a referral to a pest inspector as she suspected termite damage. Sue also helped us figure out the best… new hot water heater that we knew we would need, but we were not as familiar as she was with the area and the water type. I had the house I was purchasing two years ago inspected by Sue. I wish I had used the guy who inspected the house I was selling. Talk about thorough. These are the things missed in my house purchase: 1.I only found out about this a month ago, but this house has a whole house fan in the attic and the law states it should have another access to… the attic which it doesn’t. 2. Sue always does a great job of inspecting, and most of all, her presentation is rational, easy-to-understand, and practical. Doesn't make issues out of non-issues, and even presents situations that do arise in a calm, reasonable manner. As a real estate agent / Realtor, we come across inspectors of all types all the time, and Sue is definitely a keeper!
