Dan did a home inspection for me, a first time home buyer, and i put my trust in him that the house was in good condition as he says. It was not perfect but he said it was in good condition. He was on time and seemed knowledgeable during the inspection. After owning the house for less then 6 months I found the floor rotting by the back door and corner post hold the house up when i went in the crawl space for the first time. They never went into my crawl space. I also found out my crawl space doesn't go under the whole room they told me was an addition which is actually original to the house in

We used Dan and his assistant Sage in two separate properties we were interested in buying. Dan and Sage were both informative and thorough in their inspection. They were really invested in helping us understand the home we were about to buy, and went above and beyond. Both myself and my partners parents came and as home owners, they were all very impressed with the thorough inspection we received.
