I've lived here for a year. I love it!!! It's a great location and I feel safe here. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. I am signing another year lease because I do not want to leave this community. The management team are friendly and have made my life so much less stressful by providing quality management services. Thank you Provision, for giving me a wonderful place to call home.

That being said, every time I have had an issue it’s been handled in a timely manner and I have no complaints about the people running the office. As with any place improvements could be made and are slowly happening as this is still considered a new complex. I would’ve given this place 5 stars because I do appreciate the work of the front office as

This place has wasted so much of my precious time and money. I applied withawith my partner about two months ago, waited a couple weeks, and then started to call back and check on my status. They never got back to me. Two months later, I call them and find out that I've not only been taken off the waiting list, but I have to reapply and pay all over again. WHY?!! because they sent one email. Never called. Never emailed my partner (the OTHER APPLICANT). They just took out app fee and ran. I moved into the Provision in December 2019 with the understanding it was a gated community with other amenities such as a beautiful pool and fitness room.
Everything has been great here. The ladies at the office onsite are awesome. I cannot say that about the lady from the Houston office.
I placed nice curtains on my patio due to being on the bottom floor and people looking into my patio and inside my apartment. It was for privacy. I was told to remove it on April 15th and the rest of the tentants having any inside furniture on their patio was to removed. I found out today, they only addressed

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! The leasing consultant Carolyn is so incredibly bad at her Job! She never answers the phone, and never calls back when she said she’s going to. Always makes excuses as to why she didn’t call back. They never called us to keep us updated on our application. I was always calling them and had to deal with their Unprofessionalism. DO NOT APPLY HERE, THEY WILL JUST KEEP YOUR MONEY AND GO SILENT!

Leasing consultant was super rude here , tried to tell me they had no apartments then “had too see” if they had any which they did. she told me there was no use in applying becuase they wouldn’t approve me no matter what i did as a young person trying to get there first apartment this worse experience ever do not recommend at all.

I moved into these apartments in May 2019. It was my understanding that the pool would be open soon, it was already full of water and beautiful. I was so excited and ready to take in some sun. It’s August now and the pool still isn’t open. I was first told they had to get the landscaping in before they could have the pool inspected. The landscaping has been installed for a month now and still no pool. I am fed up and mad at this point.
The workout room is only open when the office is open. The office isn’t open on weekends so that is useless.
