There are changes at Kinwood but I think when all done will be good. They are doing renovations and it is a process. The office and maintenance people are very caring and do try to always help and show that they care about residents. The manager is very sweet and responds very fast to any problem or question I have. The renovation will make Kinwood a good place to live . I am happy to live here and would suggest to live here to my friends.

After 3 months talking to the manager asking her to change my toilet and they still don't... Last week I told the manager to throw salt on the floor because it was all frozen and she told me she would send someone to do it but it never happened I had to buy with my money and do it myself very poor in maintaining the apartment manager always makes an excuse, very disappointed in your service.

I’ve been with these apartments for 3 years and I was initially a bit anxious when I heard they were going under new management and a great deal of updates.
I have been very surprised in how everything has been handled thus far. I feel the management here does a good job in notifying tenants prior to any construction as well as keep us included and aware of any updates, etc. They hold many family events and also educational events for residents to attend at their will.
The lady’s in the office are very understanding and will work with you in any situation as long as you keep them informed

I love my apartment. The people in the office are the best people, very nice. They care about my home and seem to want to help however they can.
I am impressed with the new management because they work very hard. I always see them and they always smile and say hi to me. I also love the new maintenance was very fast to answer my call to fix my apartment. I would tell my friends to come here and move into Kinwood. And they have told me they are going to be making some really good changes that I will love for me and my family.
