We only stayed in the apartment for one night because the apartment is pretty outdated, dirty and broken. This was going to be a negative review but Margie in the office was so nice and helpful so I give her 5 stars. We really appreciate Margie and she is a real professional and sweet lady! She cares!
When you deal with people that don’t care, it is really frustrating (which is what we are dealing with in another apartment in McKinney)

I love it here. The office staff is wonderful. Maintenance comes out very quickly and the job is fixed the first time. All in all it is a quiet place and the grounds are kept neat and clean.

I just moved in but the experience I had with Margie and the manager was the best I’ve ever experienced. The process was smooth and quick and had great communication every step of the way. Apt in great shape, so I feel I’m truly home!!! Hope to be here for a very long time!!!!
