Bent Creek Apartments

At first it was rough, now its slowly getting better. They are more understanding, especially since the new company took over earlier this year. I still don't like being in the parking lot after dark, But the double locks in the house, makes me feel safer. So I guess it is a hit or miss.

I've put this problem with my toilet in before with the last set of maintenance guys and they came in flushed it and said it had no issue then left literally an hour later it flooded again this time the guys came in changed out some parts and it works great so far!

My air conditioner went out on Thursday evening. Yikes! The weekend is coming and I prayed I wouldn’t have to wait until Monday for service. Mike arrived first thing Friday morning and addressed the issue right away. He went the extra mile to get it fixed, and even checked back in with me later in the day to make sure everything was still working fine. I could not be more thrilled with the service, due to the heat. Thank you so much Mike!

Good but my car was vandalized outside my apartment. That's the only issue I have had. Besides that bent creek apartment is good. Downtown McKinney is nearby so you can go and eat different food.

I have not seen one roach in our apartment ever. It is quiet around here. The office staff is very nice and prompt with helping you. I feel safe here and am very happy with my apartment. I love it here. Don’t let any of the negativity turn you away.

This is a great place to live! Not only is the staff here very professional, but also very friendly. Also this place is very quite, and peaceful as everyone is extremely respectful. I hope to continue to be a resident here for years to come.

So leaving Bent Creek, finally, was an absolute nightmare. We had to break our lease (which we paid out), and we had given sixty days notice on march 6th with a move out date of may 9th. They still attempted to charge us future rent up to may 22, and charged us twice for the month of april and have not returned (again we paid out our lease on its entirety, RECORD ALL INTERACTIONS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I KEPT RECIEPTS TO PROVE I WAS IN THE RIGHT. DONT MOVE HERE WITHOUT RDCORDING EVERYTHING THEY DO) and someone else moved in. You know what's not legal? Charging someone rent when someone else has moved

I stayed at bent creek from March 2019- March 2021 and I will say it is exactly what you pay for. The whole place is a little dreary but for the hundreds you save in comparison it makes it easy to try and spruce up the place. However, do beware of additional fees they will try and attach when leaving. Personally, I am lucky enough to have a family attorney that can advise me but for those of you who don't make sure to take plenty of pictures when your apartment before you leave.
