We will be signing our fourth lease here in the fall. I feel like the place is very pretty since it has been redone inside. I feel that the apartment manager listens, and shares with any concern I have had. It is a small complex, right off the square. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The only problems we have really had, are some bugs and noise. management has worked hard to take care of both, and a lot of that is just apartment living.
I believe they have some vacancies, they are very reasonably priced, especially given the location.

Have lived here almost 7 years. The apartments have been upgraded, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances are great. It's a quiet community with alot of wonderful neighbors, seems more like family members. Just 4 blocks to walk downtown, a block from the Library. Staff are very friendly and caring. Can't wait for the pool to open again this year, looking forward to the get together we always have, what a fun day.
