My experience with the leasing manager Rea Deleon was beyond my expectations. She helped me get in quickly and made me aware of a move in special. Thanks to her I was able to pick up my key today for less money than I thought I was gonna need to move in and she took 50 Dollars a month off my rent for a year via New Years move in special. I highly recommend Rae Deleon if ur looking into moving here talk to her. She is AMAZING.

This review is strictly for Terrence (I hope I spelled his name correct) he is the maintenance man that always comes and gets me together. My heat was broken and after multiple attempts to get it fixed by other people he came and was able to fix it. With it being less than 40 degrees I really appreciate his help.

I moved in the A building about a month ago so far I like it, its quiet no major issues in my apartment. yes the elevator breaks a lot but luckily there are 3 in the building I have not witness all 3 down at the same time. It would be nice to have the plank flooring in the hallways, it would look much better. The parking lot could have more lighting at night but I have seen worse. So far I like it.

Love my apartment however the elevators are always broken I mean always! It's been broken since I moved here a year ago. and taking the stairs are a pain especially living on a higher floor. I hate how the stairs/hallway looks it definitely needs some remodeling and cleaning. The lobby near the mailboxes is probably the cleanest area that generally smells good every morning walking thru. Oh and don't expect hot water very often I generally boil water and throw it in the tub but on the contrary ...Staff is nice.

Chan Hall assisted me from the beginning of June to find me an apartment at 444. She was very patient, even when I was constantly calling her and she always returned my phone calls in a timely manner. The day I picked up my keys and did my apartment walk thru she was again patient and professional as I asked many questions about the apartment. I love my apartment! T. Newbill helped my transition moving in go smoothly! Went over all paperwork, explained everything! There were a couple minor maintenance fixes that I mentioned to her but overall a great move-in experience! After I brought them to her attention, the requests were put in. Appreciate all of her help!

Love my apartment its beautiful 😍, but maintenance take a while to get to you. I've found wasps in my apartment not sure where they are coming from, that makes me uncomfortable because I have two kids. My neighbors are super friendly and helpful here. A few things could be fixed that would make living here more tolerable.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I read a lot of poor reviews but still decided to give it a chance because I was tired of looking for a place to live. My actual apartment itself was pretty nice and comfortable, but maintenance was poor. The stairwells and elevators are severe hazards and health risks. Disgusting walls and stairs and I've spoken with several people who got stuck in the elevators multiple times. The worst part for me is the lack of communication from the leasing office. Do not live here. It was the most traumatic and disgusting year of my life. The complex is dirty and you hear gunshots at night. The elevators NEVER WORK. Management has NO ideas what they are talking about. Extremely rude and unorganized. I was charged late fees for no reason and my car was HIT in the garage. There are NO cameras in the garage. I got a call before the scheduled walk through saying the unit wasn't ready- I would have to do the walk through the ACTUAL DAY of my move-in. There were a few issues I found that needed repairs. Every sink was leaking underneath. The dishwasher was too big for it's space and was crammed in place underneath the counter in a way that

Very difficult to get work orders fulfilled. I initially knew my air conditioned was broke when I received an electric bill for 250$ for one month. When I ask the building manager they wouldn't look into it. They never reimburse for the excessive usage from their broken AC unit. Then, I waited 2 months without air conditioner during August and September. (After they said it was "fixed" 2-3 times.) I moved in under the impression the pool would be open soon. It's good as far as crazy expensive dirty drug dens go. It's quiet (except for the swat raids down the hall at 7 am) but there are ALOT of drugs and drug dealers. The halls smell like weed and if you have the right look you will be offered just about anything. The advertising is a little deceptive, the lobby looks great but neither pool is functioning and the actual buildings are a rundown mess. Worst apartment complex ever... I have a friend that lives there, he has contacted the office numerous times for maintenance issues. His toilet does not flush. He needs to fill a bucket with water to flush. The ceiling in the bathroom is cracked and falling in. The drywall is hanging from the ceiling. The bedroom ceiling is cracked too. There must of been a flood upstairs or in between floors where the ceilings were damaged..The complex is more geared to beautifying the office then taking care of the individual's units. I moved to this community in late July 2011. From the moment I signed my lease I have had nothing but horrible experiences. I drove 12 hours from Ga to move and was unable to move in immediately on my scheduled move in date. I was told it was because I was previously given a specific time to have the apartment ready, although that was not the case.
