Very positive experience living here for the past 2 years. Leasing office is very helpful but more importantly professional. Really, appreciate the up keep of the apartments between monthly exterminators, to the cleanliness of the property and just recently additional lighting in the parking area. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially single women as I've always felt safe coming in & out at any hour of the day.

Worst apartment complex in Columbus, GA! Do not move here. Had a issue with a woodpecker making hoses and knocking on the side of my building, as to where management continuously lied about the situation saying it was nothing they could do. After a final attempt of demanding something should be done is when they finally attempted to do something. Situation went on for about a month and a half and without being about to sleep management stil wants me to pay for a whole of not sleeping. Careless management that does not care about they’re residents is the worst thing a Complex can do. Stay away

I use to live here and had a bad experience. They did switch property managers while we were there. They had a very bad mold problem and had to move us to another apartment then someone water pipe busted and water was everywhere and came down to our apartment. They did not fix it but cover it up and I had a newborn baby and the smell was so awful. I had to call the bureau people on them. It was mold in the last apartment also. I would never move to them cheap old apartments. I like to be and fill safe. The manager was very nice though and the environment was pretty ok.
