Luis did an amazing job with a home inspection.Luis walked us through each room step by step and explained everything very thoroughly. He was very nice and professional. He also did a oil tank sweep which was definitely worth getting because the house ended up having a tank. The price was great and I highly recommend him! Will be definitely using him again!

We are first time home owners and we felt Luis did a very good job doing the inspection of our future home. He started on the outside of the house and gave us the summary of each issue as he found it, the same process when inspecting the inside. He also gave us a complimentary binder including information of how to fix the most important features of the house such as gas, water line, electric Etc.The family member that came with us to see the inspection get done had recently bought a home and he mentioned that the inspector he hired was not even close to as professional as Luis was. I must say very rare I leave reviews but this one is an EARN ONE. Luis was beyond than what I expected. I need it to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment but it was worth it. He was on time, took his time to inspect everything, explained life time left on Roof, Boiler, windows, furnace, AC unit. He took the time to listen to my questions as he did the inspection and explained all items to me. He provided the report back in a timely matter. Luis then provides my attorney requested additional documentation and he provided the oil tank sweep with in minutes. Thank you for your honestly, professionalism

Outstanding service. Luis was very nice to work with. He talked my husband through the inspection step by step and answered all our questions thoroughly. DON'T GET FOOLED BY THE PRICE!!
I made the most expensive mistake by hiring him to do my house inspection before buying it. He send me a report of perfect house with very minor issues (less than 50usd) for the owner to repair. Once I bought the property, in less than 2 months I have spent over 5K in repairs and need to make another 25K expenses in more repairs. In less than a month my son's roof fell down (see pictures) I asked Luis Eguez (inspector) to check the roof and he said to me its normal (the inspection day), nothing will happen, (that was my so's roof -3 year old boy-). I needed a reliable inspector on short notice, on a Friday afternoon, and Onsight came through! I had never worked with them before, but I am very happy that I did. The inspector arrived as scheduled and completed a thorough inspection of the house. He highlighted the pros, identified some problems, and also made recommendations on how to make some repairs and improvements. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions that I had for him. When he was all done, I asked him if he could expedite his report and again he accommodated my request.
