If i could give this zero stars if i would. This complex and management company is such trash. Make you pay for services that don't always happen. They will enter your apartment with no notice. Supposed to be a 24-hour legal notice with state law. I gave up on getting maintenance work done because they would come and then a week or two later the closest door or cabinet door would fall off again. their toilets are made for toddlers not grown humans. Methheads and "homeless" people all through out the complex.

WT is super close to pretty much anything you could need or want in OKC. The office staff is my absolute favorite. They are a great group of girls who went above and beyond for us and made us feel welcomed. Everything is so classy about this place. The dog park is great for our little Kobe. You will love it here especially if you enjoy social events with other residents. If that’s not your thing, no worries, it’s a safe, quiet place to live that offers great events for the socialites of Woodland Trails. I’m just so thankful we found this place when we moved here.

I have lived here for two years they went from one management company to another and the management now has been absolutely horrible I have had my neighbors pouring hot grease over their balcony since July it is December now. They have been made aware I have not been able to post about it I have not been able to say anything about it but now I am moving and I am morning whoever wants to move in here don’t. I am afraid when I move they’re going to charge me for the damages my upstairs neighbors have done the people who are here are either ancient or trashy and there’s no in between. I have

Lived here for a year and didn't have any major probs until I moved out and they want to charge all these fees for things when I took the time to clean my apartment after I had moved out. My apartment was left in the same if not better condition as when I had moved in. I didn't expect to be hit with all these charges to exceed my security deposit. I really cannot believe this out of all the places I've lived never had an instance like this. I don't know if its a Greystar property thing or what, but pretty disappointed! So for a company that claims to look out for it's residents thanks so much!

It’s a shame we can’t give 0 stars. management and maintenance is constantly parked in fire lanes and handicapped spaces. they let my bathroom completely flood before addressing the plumbing issues I brought to their attention 3 months prior. they issue “off leash” citations when your dog is on your patio with you present even though you it’s your patio and you pay pet rent. Rent keeps increasing drastically without any updates to the unit you live in. Staff is incredibly rude and abrasive. 10/10 would recommend living literally anywhere but here. If I didn’t have to pay the ridiculous

My sister is currently trying to move in here and they approved her WEEKS ago and then sent her a message the day before her move in date saying she had to now all of a sudden find a co-signer and then which she had on stand by so no problem but then they are purposefully ignoring signing her paper work and delaying her move in date even though all the errors have been because of management! No real answers given and they do not care about efficiency or actually running anything, we have been calling since 10 am and they just answered at 2:50!!!

I live here in a studio apartment. I love it! My favorite part of this place is the amazing staff and how much they care. If I ever have an issue, they're always right on top of it. The apartment is in good condition too! The complex as a whole is amazing.. from the dog park, to the pool with its amenities, to the small perks they always have. Like today they had free cupcakes up front for everyone! I really love this place and the people who work here!!!
