I would recommend you look for another apartment complex. The management of this one is absolutely atrocious. During my time there, they've had theft from garages (my bike and table was stolen alongside other residents). They had mail stolen. The mail system was a disaster. Delivery companies would leave mail in the mail room (unlocked). One time walked in to tons of boxes opened and thrown around as if someone ransacked the place. Management barely responds to emails (after move out) and they try to lie about things. I received an email saying my rental insurance expired on the 27th of august

If I could give -1 star I would. Extremely not professional and dishonest people. STAY AWAY. Dirty carpet and dog pee in the elevator. Thank god I didn’t move in. I spent time speaking to front desk named Thomas for an hour, locking down a time to review a corner unit that was still occupied at the time, and he sent me email to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment we came on time, and first Thomas dishonestly showed us a different unit with no view, and when I confronted him he said “sorry yeah that one’s gone” with no regrets of the fact he didn’t even have the courtesy

Jean, Sahira, and the rest of the team have always been there for us when we needed them most. Questions, concerns, and work orders have always been fulfilled timely, and with the smile that you hope for in a large residential building like ours. Would recommend the building, and the on-site management team, to anyone!

It was an absolute no for me. The company call center told me the building was brand new and I would get a brand new, never lived in unit if I applied.
I applied and the leasing agent called me back for an in person tour. The absolute worse place I have been. The building was dark and smelled of urine throughout the entire visit.
Would love to receive all my money back because this is misleading and financially challenging to apply for a unit, during a pandemic, site unseen, and have been lied to.
