I highly advise to be careful working with this company. They refused to take my AAA. Even after the Lacey PD stated they would. They charged me a $600 towing fee to tow my car 17 miles. Such a rip off. Then $54 per day to hold the car. (That I understand). I called today and spoke with CINDY. She’s very rude, unprofessional, she actually hung up on me. My reason for calling today was to see if I could make a payment over the phone because I’m disabled, I am unable to drive anywhere. She specifically stated…we can take

Thanks to David Fantastic guy came and rescued my vehicle I needed a tow from Washington to Oregon a two hour drive. From where my car stopped. Sister inlaw got her towed car. Apartment complex manager told him not to tow the car because the apartment is redoing the parking area. The guy who towed the car made a comment that he was bummed she was able to pay for the car as if he was hoping she wouldn’t so it would go up for auction. He was very snooty with comments. I have offered to pay for her to file a suit with this company because this isn’t the first time this company has done this. If anyone else has this happen to please let me know. What she was told about laws this guy lied to her and clearly either doesn’t know the laws

AAA said I'd be waiting a couple hours when I made the call. I don't even think I was there an hour. Driver was very courteous and even gave me the most likely to be issue which was what I was thinking myself and had pretty much been diagnosed as. Hands down best company I've been towed by. If you gotta be towed. Be towed by Great Northwest Towing.

Chris with City Wide Towing is an amazing worker! He is my personal hero! He came for a tire change, worked for a long time to get the flat tire off. He tried every trick but no go. At my suggestion it was changed to a tow.
He remained kind, courteous and calm the whole frustrating time!! Thank you Chris, City Wide , and AAA.

AAA set up City Wide to help when my car needed a tow. They gave a 2 hour window, but were there in maybe half an hour. Mick, the driver, was awesome! I have an all-wheel drive car, and he took the time to set up a dolly and do it right. He was polite and super helpful.

My car was located at the end of a road that had some snow on it (wasn't stuck but the transmission was shot so I couldn't drive it) so I call AAA and they send out the driver from city wide towing comes out and drives a quarter of the way down this road and says "oh it has too much ice on this road, there's no way I'm going down there to get stuck. It's my Friday night"
he informs me that he will either need to call in a second truck maybe even a third truck or that they would have to put kitty litter up this whole road to tow my car out.

I do not typically write negative reviews (seriously, check out my other reviews on Yelp), so I am not just a disgruntled person who only complains, but for City Wide Towing, I felt it a moral obligation to warn other people about them. They will quote you a low price, tow your car, and then hold it hostage at a MUCH higher price (in my case, about $250 more than the quoted price). They prey on the desperate. I don't know how they sleep at night. If they quote you a price, be sure to get it in writing.

COMPLETE scammers!!!!!! After telling me at the scene of my accident that it was going to be $55 flat rate, plus $3.50 a mile they towed my car 3.5 miles (SERIOUSLY) and when we pulled in the drive way the tow truck driver pulls some bull crap out of nowhere and said he was "going to have to charge by the hour". So me, thinking 'awesome he's only had the car for not even 20 minutes I'm getting a deal" he says I will be charged for an hour and a half which would cost me $370.22 .
