Our tow truck driver Geo was very professional and friendly. He showed up fast and went straight to work with no time wasted. Summit towing helped us when all the other local shops either said no or were rude. They have great and affordable prices and take fantastic care of customers.

Let’s set the stage. It’s 10:30 at night, pitch black, side of I-5 headed North. My car’s radiator was destroyed and smoking, but our man Geovanny pulled up in the flat bed in 20 minutes and saved the day! He drove my girlfriend and I to the garage I wanted my car to go to and even took us home :)
We also called my insurance company for roadside assistance and they called us back… 3 days later. Man, Geovanny and the homies at Summit Towing killed it frfr <3 thanks dudes

I used this service twice for non-emergency towing of a vehicle between my home and auto shops. On both occasions they quickly arrived, hooked the vehicle up and transported it to the desired location. The price was fair and both the tow truck operators i worked with were friendly and professional.

My car is kinda low, he assessed it really good. So not to scrape my car, he put it on a dolly. I forgot thr drivers name tho. And the lady that answers the phone, she is also professional and gives you direct answer. Thank you both.

This has been the worst experience. My husband and I are dual military and we took time out of our busy day to pick up my husbands car that got towed and we have been waiting here for over a hour after they told us someone will be here in 15 minuets we called again and was told there has been a misunderstanding no one had notified the worker from this location . This is a business that has operation hours so someone should be here during those hours. I would never recommend this company.

I had this company come and tow my vehicle. I spoke to someone on the phone and was told they would arrive in 45 minutes. I waited for them to arrive not only 45 minutes but 2 and a half hours. We were stranded on i5 with cars whizzing past us at 75 miles an hour. The tow driver was will. He talked down on my wife and kids while we were getting driven to our destination. Will with summit towing threatened me for defending my kids. This guy should never be working for such a company. If you ever get a tow from will stay very far away. Infact run! Your going to regret what they will and could do

I blew a tire an hour from home in the dark last night. I waited for roadside assistance from my insurance company for close to 2 hours with no show from a company I had never heard of. I decided to call Summit Towing North which was on the sign directly in front of my car. I kid you not... Brad the driver showed up in less than 3 minutes!!! I had never been more excited to see a tow truck in my life! Brad immediately put me at ease and changed my tire in minutes. I cannot say enough great things about this company and Brad.
