Bill was very professional and most of all he got my car out of a 4’ Deep steep trench With no damage done to my car. Very caring and respectful. I tried 3 other tow companies that could not come. Patriot towing responded within a half an hour he was on site.They will have my business from now on in an emergency situation!

I really wish I could give this company and 10/5 rating. That’s just how great they are!! Called in for a tow, after speaking to the CSR and explaining our sticky situation between us and another party, he not only led me in the right direction but took his time explaining on why each option is the way it is. Which we really appreciated. The two employees who showed up to take the car, were professional, kind, and efficient. Made our nightmare of a situation, easy breezy. THE WORST TOWING COMPANY. CALL ANY OTHER COMPANY DO NOT USE THEM. a complete SCAM of a business. The guy was super rude when he arrived since he didn't want to drive In traffic. Agreed to a payment and fee with insurance only to get to my house then demand $1200 more dollars from me. Would not work with us on payment with our card. I honestly could not believe this whole situation.

Such a pleasure working with a great local business! Bill showed up within 20 minutes and made sure I got home safe! Needing to have my car towed obviously wasn’t ideal but Bill went above and beyond to try and help my husband and I diagnose what was happening with our car.

You pulled my partner Steve and his ailing Honda out of the rush hour traffic at the intersection of College and Pacific. Ironically, we could see the repair shop from the spot where the alternator decided to give up the ghost.

Had my 91 Ford F250 towed less than a mile. Was told the price was 108$. Next day I look at my bank account and this placed charged me 163$ instead! Even though my invoice said 108 from the day of the tow. During the tow the driver was telling me about how his police response price was 250$.
When I called to get the difference returned the guy on the phone tried to say that the driver got his police rates and regular rates mixed up. I told him that was bull as the driver told me what his police rate was. His then response was and I quote, "ha ha well you know, numbers."

Our tow truck driver was punctual, very professional, friendly, and definitely helped my wife and I get to our location. He even offered us tips on how to save some money on getting our car fixed locally, much appreciated! I forgot to get the guys name, but he was the bearded gentlemen driving the GMC. Overall, great service! 5/5, would recommend to a friend.

Outstanding service! Was treated kindly and received advice on how to save money on my tow situation. Tow truck arrived on location a couple minutes early and was a smooth and simple process. When I arrived at the shop where I needed service I discovered that they didnt accept cash. The tow truck driver, DJ, drove me to my bank so I could add cash to my account and drove me back to the shop, no problem at all. Thank you! Not your average tow company, I highly recommend.

When you need your car towed, it's usually done during a stressful situation such as an accident or breakdown. Stress increases when you don't know who to call or trust. Call Patriot towing. Bill and his team are honest, efficient, and friendly. You can't ask for more. I had a great experience working with Patriot towing even though I was pretty unhappy about my wrecked car.
