A customer hired Nisqually towing to unload a non operational front end loader off of our lowboy trailer today. From start to finish customer service was great starting with the dispatcher to the completion of the work

Flat tire north of Olympia going to Seattle I was on a crunch time and all of the tow companies were 2-3 hours out Nisqually was there within 15 minutes I don't remember the driver's name but he was fast polite and concerned abou my safety. 5 stars all the way around. Highly recommend

When calling for pricing Tony was very professional and accommodating. Even though our vehicle was not in his tow area he had a driver out to us within an hour.
The driver was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us a few options on what may be the issue with our vehicle.
The overall experience from start to finish was better than I would have expected. We will use them in the future if needed

This place is unbelievable! My Subaru Outback blew out multiple lights in the rear and front (4). In under an hour they changed them all. The total was $13.37! Total! They only charged me for the bulbs! I used the Subaru dealership in the past and was charged $60 for two bulbs without labor. I am so lucky to have found Nisqually Automotive and Towing! Thank you!

Robert on truck#23 was awesome! He knows what he's doing, got to us fast, towed our car safely to it's destination, professional in every way, friendly, knowledgeable. Can't say enough about him. This was the first time I've used this company and because of Robert, I'll be using them again!
PS. Plus the dude on the phone was professional and great too! Was able to give us a quote, and helped us feel calm over our car breaking down someplace unfamiliar.
