What a terrible business! Please don't use this service. My roadside assistance arranged for this company to meet me at my vehicle between 4-4:30. At 3:54 I received a text that he had cancelled because I wasn't there. I called and explained I was 10 minutes away and he refused to wait, saying "it's clearly not important to you"--as if he knows the first thing about my commitments, children waiting at home, and scheduled appointment with mechanic. He was INCREDIBLY RUDE, and left me in a lurch at a time I needed help. Pass!
