Alicia brings more than two decades worth of industry experience and creativity to her clients. Since she was a child, Alicia was surrounded by jewelry growing up in her family's jewelry business, Diamond Design Jewelers. She spent her youth roaming the halls of the Clark Building, which was once the jewelry hub of Pittsburgh.
At the young age of 13, she received her diamond grading certification and soon after began creating her first pieces of fine jewelry. In 2000, Alicia pursued a bachelor's degree at Point Park University in her beloved home city of Pittsburgh. During school, she continued to work for her family's jewelry business, specializing in custom design work, sales, styling consultation, appraisal work, and marketing.

Custom, hand-made jewelry design for engagement rings, wedding and anniversary bands, heirloom jewelry re-designing, gemstones and semi-precious stones, and designs for any other occasion. Free Wish List creation - Stop in and create yours so gift givers know your style! We will create a personal file for you and will have it handy when someone comes in to shop for you.
Feel free to include any images that might help us better understand your design request. Once submitted our team will review your design and will contact you on what steps to take next. It takes $250 to begin the design process for standard design with additional charges for complex designs. While our design team creates your CAD you are allowed 3 changes to the design.

Once you're done shopping, request a quote by selecting your "MY QUOTE" bag in our Online Catalog page. Then "SUBMIT INQUIRY" in order to have your request reviewed by our team.
We stand behind our products and warrant that all items will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the products. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item.
To make sure that we're ready for your visit, please bring any photos or documents that will help us meet your needs. If you want to see something specific (or if you're not sure), please email us so that we can prepare for your visit at least 2 - 3 days in advance. Let us know the name your appointment is under to coordinate your requests.

Absolutely THE ONE AND ONLY place in the Pittsburgh, or nationwide, area in my case to secure any of your jewelry or precious stone needed. Scott is far beyond the most talented bespoke jeweler you'd be lucky to come across. And Alicia, goodness, you will not find a more kind or gentler soul. Alicia and Scott are lovely people who really know the jewelry business and are delightful to deal with. I lost the diamond from my 46-year-old engagement ring, and they gave me a great deal on a replacement. They cleaned and polished both of my rings, and the finished set looks beautiful. Alicia very kindly answered all of my husband's questions about the stones in the many beautiful pieces of jewelry in the store.

My fiance and I were looking around for engagement rings and we came across Jewelery by Alicia and Scott. I could not be any happier how my ring turned out! Alicia took her time listening to ideas of what I would like my ring to look like. She even took into consideration about what I do for work, which is healthcare, so my ring would not rip the gloves on my hand while I'm at work. My ring turned out 100 times better then what I was imagining. It is so beautiful and very sparkly! I really appreciate the hard work you put into my ring!

Alicia and Scott helped my fiance design the engagement ring of my dreams! I could not wait to meet the amazing couple my fiance raved over! Let me tell you...they DO NOT disappoint!! It was so awesome to work with people who have so much knowledge and passion for what they do!! They are extremely personable as well and for me that is a must!! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Jewelry by Alicia and Scott. I was in search of an engagement ring for my girlfriend, and I stopped by the shop on a whim because I had been driving past it on the way home from work for about a year. I'm beyond glad I did! I was looking for a vintage, antique ring with very particular features. Even though they don't usually sell those kinds of rings, Alicia and Scott were able to find me exactly what I wanted.
