We had a absolute WONDERFUL experience!!! We were actually there for my sons hockey tournament. We have been thinking of getting a new ring and band. I was directed here by a member of a watch forum that has dealt with Reza at Casa D'Oro a few times. Reza gave me a great deal on a great watch! The whole process was a lot smoother, cheaper, and faster (I received the watch about 3 weeks after initially ordering it, which was impressive since it wasn't in stock when I first placed the order, and it had to be shipped across the country) than I had expected. BUYER BEWARE! I can’t think of a worse transaction that I’ve ever had in my life! Paid full retail (1200$) for a watch. The first watch they sent was broken, so I sent it back. The replacement watch came two weeks later with a scratched crystal and caseback. Now I’m getting ignored. It’s clear Casa D’Oro doesn’t value their customers! Already trying to sell the watch to get some of my money back.

If you want to go to a corporate Jeweler because you think you think Casa is going to be overpriced you are gravely mistaken. Firstly, you shouldn't be using yelp to choose a jeweler. Secondly, family owned Jewelers build themselves on honesty and returning clientele. So there may be a reason they have been around for a long time. Nobody more trustworthy and honest than Reza. Three friend's of mine have bought engagement rings from Casa and had nothing but praise for the informational and familial walk through of what they were buying, what quality and to their budget. I'd go here

Would no longer recommend. We have dealt with this jeweler over the years, but the quality of their work more recently is poor. I had a ring in which the pearl had to be restored to the setting and had actually provided the original pearl to be replaced. What I got back was a far inferior gray pearl and a poor set. I was shocked and when asked for an explanation they indicated that the jeweler probably (?) got glue on it and had to substitute. When I requested a replacement of similar quality they provided two sets of equally inferior grayish tint pearls. They are either totally incompetent in
