Went into King's for two watch batteries and left with a bracelet and necklace for my wife Lol. Extremely pleasant staff! I was impressed with the beautiful pearl jewelry selection which I ended up buying some of. I liked King's because it didn't feel "corporate" compared to it's rivals. For someone who doesn't frequent jewelry stores, I will definitely go back for future gift ideas and my first preference will be King's. Also, I was surprised at the sticker price of what I bought vs the actual sale price. I was able to get two fine pieces without breaking my bank account.

I stopped in for a watch pin replacement and they did a very nice job and got it done quickly for me at a reasonable price. Thank you for that!
But I also have a tag Hauer aqua racer and it needs a new movement. I asked them if they would quote a price for me, and they told me a cost me $25. Not a whole lot of money here, but this is more for rent on principle. And so we seem to be at a point today where they are charging $25 to go through the steps of quoting a service job, where the industry doesn’t seem to be doing much service anymore, or at least making it a priority function in their business

If I could give Kings Jewelry in the Shenango Valley Mall a lower rating than a 1/5 I absolutely would. I dropped off my wedding band that had a missing small diamond and paid $250+ to have it replaced, all prongs tightened, and polished. When I picked the ring up the first time (one week after drop off) I was told that it was repaired and everything was checked. I walked out of the store and noticed the diamond was still missing. I left the ring with them a second time and when they called two days later for pick up, I was guaranteed that the ring had been repaired and checked 3 times by the jeweler

I stopped in to have batteries replaced in 3 of my watches. I didn’t catch the jewelers name, but he was very nice and informative. You could tell he has a lot of experience with watches and got two of them up and running with the new batteries. The other watch he diagnosed as a possible issue so he sent it out to get a free estimate on what it would take to get fixed. I appreciated the honest conversation about the watches and that I wasn’t charged for the 3rd watch battery. Certainly a very reasonable price for battery replacement especially compared to other places. Will plan on coming back
