Christopher Sarich, the founder of Noah Gabriel & Co. Jewelers began his career as a sales associate at a local jewelry chain. Through hard work and a passion for the business, he rose to become the head of the merchandising and marketing departments. As his career advanced, Christopher fell more and more in love with the moments that a jewelry purchase creates, and he felt honored to be part of his customers' most cherished memories.

The perfect piece requires particular care. Now that you have memories associated with your most recent purchase, it is crucial that you protect those memories by taking the proper precautions. Before dressing in jewelry, apply lotions, perfumes or any other substances that may cause buildup. After each use, gently wipe the piece with a soft clean cloth and place it in a fabric lined box, preferably the one that came with its purchase.

It was a great experience. Chris helped me to find exactly the necklace I wanted. He understood my preference; he showed me items that appealed to me. He didn’t waste my time - and yet he spent all the time that I needed to make the right choice. No pressure. It was obvious that Chris wanted me to be satisfied with my selection. I was welcomed into the store in the Ross Park Mall by multiple people. Before they could ask if I needed anything, I simply asked if they could clean my fiancee’s engagement ring and asked the cost. They said it would be free, and I explained that our wedding was this weekend. They obliged for free while talking about our wedding before even attempting to make a further sale. When the ring was cleaned, they suggested a restoring method (it had been 2 years and 2 vacations since it was purchased (thanks COVID)) and explained what it would do to the ring in just a day for a very small charge.

The customer service at Noah Gabriel was excellent! I felt welcome as soon as I walked in, they clearly explained all the options for my jewelry repair issue, the service was done in a timely fashion….and best of all my jewelry looked like new after the repairs were performed! Excellent repair service - best I’ve ever experienced. When I first brought my ring in for repair, a very courteous staff person examined the ring and reviewed the work to be done. He determined the exact cost and expected turnaround time. Took just one week (as estimated) and the quality of the work was superb. Not its first repair but easily the best - thoroughly cleaned and ready for another 40 years:). Highly recommend.

This was my first time into their store, and from the moment I arrived they made my feel like I was the only customer there. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great follow up and beautiful work on the two pieces I dropped off for repairs. One was a ring and the other a necklace-beautifully restored. Highly recommend and I will be back for sure !!

We had such a great experience with Chris! He helped me and my fiancé design the perfect engagement ring. I never felt rushed to make a decision. We picked up the ring and it was the most beautiful end result… we could have asked for. He ended up proposing right in front of the store because we couldn't wait any longer.
