Paying your rent at Riverwood Apartments is easy and convenient. You can pay your rent in one of three ways: by mail, in person or online through our Resident Portal. You can mail your rent by sending a check (all checks are payable to "PSMI") to PO Box 772, Indian Rocks Beach, FL 33785. You can drop off your rent at the specially marked dropbox located in the laundry room.

Management is a joke. They NEVER answer calls or respond to text, but adriana (the manager) will LIE right to your face about it! Nothing ever gets done, the place is always dirty, somethings always messing up in the apts. lets not get started on the constant built up of water we have flooding the parking lot due to poor sewage, which happens to be right next to the DUMPSTER. They’ll email you the very second your rent is late or But the second you need something done in your appt, all of a sudden it takes forever to get done.

I also have been trying to get in contact with someone about renting. I have called 3 days in a row and no answer just transfer and voicemail. I have cash in hand and ready to move in but how when nobody will contact me. It seems nice and a quiet little area but you have to fight to get a response back. I'm on my mom's google my name is robin. If your reading this could you atleast contact even if nothing available. Thanks

Horrible maintenance guy doesnt fix anthing my tub had black mold complained to manager she did nothing moved out earlier to help my mom out who has cancer get a notice saying i did 500 dollars worth of damage plus trying to charge for rent for a month in october i moved out before October. All in all dont move in there horrible owners of course.
