This is our first apartment that we have rented and we cannot say enough about how great everyone at Lola are! Everyone in the office is amazing especially Keana and Christy! They go above and beyond for their residents and make it their priority to host community events to truly get to know everyone. The maintenance staff is super friendly and respond to any requests you have very quickly. The amenities are extremely nice you will not be disappointed. I would recommend everyone to check out Lola Apartments if you are looking to move to the area!

We have lived here for 6 months and have nothing but good things to say about Lola. The staff (front desk and maintenance) are absolutely incredible! The front desk staff (special shout out to Keana and Christy) are so friendly and do an amazing job of putting in fun events and making residents feel comfortable and welcome in their community. The maintenance staff respond quickly and efficiently to respond to any tickets we put in. The community is clean, has great amenities, and super friendly residents! I have been visiting my girl friend at Lola Apartment in Riverview for 1 1/2 years and it nice interior but the neighbors are older folks who watch your coming and goings from the balcony. It's dangerous to walk to your car at night because of the extra large and dangerous dog breeds walking without leashes. The crime area is so high that they moved the sheriff's department and their employees into the apartments. The police patrol the community with other dogs and usually their bestie or girlfriend.

I love love living at Lola. Keana has been so helpful since the day she started. I'm new to Florida only 4 months and she and the entire staff have made me feel at home. I can come ask her questions about anything and she will not hesitate to help me. It is clear she loves her position and works hard to serve her residents.

Absolutely beautiful place. Has such a rustic and earthly feel to it. The staff is super helpful & friendly. The amenities this place provides is incredible. I wish my apartments offered! My fave part if the dog spa and that you never have to worry about stepping in dog s**t. They do DNA swabs for your pet! Definitely worth a look and a place to call home.

From the moment I stepped onto this property, I felt that I was home--and I am so very glad I made the move to Lola! In every respect, from the highly professional staff, to the ideal location, to the superb amenities both inside and outside the apartments, to the amazing views, Lola richly deserves the high marks it has received in our area. Living at the Lola Apartments is like living at a luxurious resort. The property is always clean, and the staff is beyond amazing! From Day 1 I have been treated with kindness and respect.
