This place is great! The entire community is clean, peaceful and well kept. They have a nice little workout room with everything I need and a nice community pool. The ladies in the office are always welcoming and helpful. I had a nice conversation with Jessica in the office and she was more than willing to take the time out of her day and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend The Grove at Southshore.

Brad and Diego the maintenance guys are on it! When they get the message to fix something they get it done right away. All the maintenance crew is really fast( I’m not sure what the other guys names are). Brad is a great communicator, personable and is a hard worker. They all are we just see Brad the most picking up garbage in the parking lot and getting the lot tidy.

The staff was great! They were quick and helpful. Got everything hooked up before move in. Missing the 5th star due to the new carpet needed to be vacuumed found nails in carpet wood floor needed to be mopped. The painters had a bit of over spray and had to have cable company to come out an fix a connection to be used. Other than that its been a quite place to live.

The staff here is great. Other than that it’s a poor place to live rent is way to high for the laundry room to be a disaster washers are always broken. The trash area is always a mess and at the front of the complex not a good site. A few people have left while I’ve been living here and most if not all didn’t get their deposit back because something is always wrong. Sad to say I’m stuck here but if I’m paying 1800 for a one bedroom I EXPECT all amenities to be up and running when I AND EVERYONE else needs them. I wish the staff can put the amazing energy they have on this apartments and

I can't say enough great things about the staff there on site. They were extremely helpful, they worked both quickly and efficiently to facilitate my move and I know without a doubt I made the best choice. My apartment is beautiful extremely clean. I had one minor issue to which has already been addressed. I don't mind paying a little more if I see the value of what I'm getting and that's definitely the case. Thanks Terri, Kathrine, and Emily for EVERYTHING!

These people are the worst people I have ever dealt with. They charged me for fixing things in my apartment even after doing a walk out inspection. Don't say everything is fine when we walk out, let us know if you find anything so that the person is aware of it instead of getting a surprise call from collections. and also not returning the deposit plus charging for the maintenance issue which wasn't mentioned during walk out inspection. absolutely worst people to deal with. the old staff was way better then this new staff. I would rather pay $200 more and find another accommodation then live here

I’ve been here for 4 years and love it. Anytime I need something done, they respond relatively quick and get it done. The grounds are always kept up and manicured. Terrie and everyone in the office and maintenance team are friendly and make you feel like you’re apart of an extended family. I would definitely recommend The Grove to anyone looking for a home in the heart of Riverview. Everything is right here, supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations, the entrance to I-75 and schools, plus there’s still more to come. I love it here!

I lived there for a few years and I LOVED it. Valerie, Judy and Iris are amazing and very helpful if you need anything. Maintenance workers are always quick to respond to whatever issue I ever had. I would have stayed there longer if I could. The complex is clean and well maintained. The only issue which wasn't REALLY an issue was that the playground could not be used during the day because it would be too hot to the touch. If it were covered the toddlers and babies would be able enjoy while older kids are in school. They do monthly activities ...my grandbabies LOVED Easter time to look for the

Great place to live! From the moment that we met with the secretary Emily , to see the apartments and the amenities , my husband and I decided that this place would be perfect for our family ! The whole staff is phenomenal, the maintenance guys do a great job keeping the place looking nice and clean! Absolutely a great team that are constantly working hard to keep the residents satisfied, and all of that because of the commitment of the manager Terrie Jenkins , she runs the show behind the scenes making sure everything gets done appropriately, her work has not gone unnoticed !
