I am a very happy resident here at Pilar's Harbour for over 2 1/2 years. Ms. Denise and Mr. Howie are such professional and caring people. They make Pilar's Harbour the well kept after community that it is. Do not know what I would do without them. Whenever I need something done, they are there on the minute. I cannot thank you enough for hiring these two wonderful, professional, kind, caring people.

We had not lived in an apartment setting for over 40 years, but needed a place to live while we searched for a home in the Apollo Beach area. I rented our Pilar’s Harbour unit online while living in KY! Working through the rental details with Property Manager Denise Linden was seamless. She was very patient answering all my questions.
When we arrived on Oct 1, 2020 we were so amazed. We have a one level, 2 BR/ 2 Bath 1400sq ft unit, lots of natural light and a large patio overlooking the canal. Two outdoor pools, fire pits and a couple of docks. It’s like being on vacation every day! Very

The manager Jane acts like a prison warden she loves to send letters trying to kick you out right after you move in. Their lease is super strict any little thing you do they want to evict you. Horrible place to live it because of the management. They have lots of extra fees for things they don't approve of.
