We provide eye care for individuals who are unable to obtain assistance through private insurance, welfare, or other social services. We help local San Diego, California residents who do not qualify for public assistance or other vision programs and often fall through the cracks. The Lions Optometric Vision Clinic (LOVC) was created in 1963 as a service project, with the support of the local San Diego County Lions Clubs in Southern California.
Volunteers from the Lions Club and the San Diego County Optometric Society have made this an ongoing successful project helping over 10,000 individuals. Thank you to everyone who has volunteered with or financially supported the LOVC this year! We really appreciate your support to help bring free. To add to the beauty, safety and cleanliness of the clinic, we replaced the flooring throughout the clinic!

Services
The Lions Optometric Vision Clinic (LOVC) was created in 1963 as a service project, with the support of the local San Diego County Lions Clubs in California. The first clinic was located in the Blind Recreation Center and later moved to its own clinic below the center. The LOVC was established to provide vision care to individuals in our community that could not otherwise afford adequate care.
The LOVC relies on donations to keep the facility open, purchase/ maintain necessary examination equipment, and to build the prescription glasses for our clients. Your payment details will be processed by our payment processor (for credit/debit cards), and a record of your donation will be stored by Lions Optometric Vision Clinic.

Before all I had WAS nice things about this place now I'm just being ignored I need my glasses my boyfriend and I have been waiting for 4 months now ... could have just went somewhereelse ... I hate not being able to see!!! Refund me my money please or give back what I paid for... have better customer service and contact the people you owe!!!! If I could rate no stars I would so unprofessionall ..

The Lyons club is a honorable group of people . they help people from all walks off life see. daily. get your eye skript and go . they will give you glasses for 15.00 and bifocals for 35.00
