Very nice and old apartments with fragile walls & doors. Beautiful landscape with ample greenery. Small swimming pools, but two in number make up for small size. Kitchenette (1 or 2 bed bath) is too narrow, and good for only a "single" person entering it. Management is very helpful and responsive. Maintenance appears on your door as per wish and has its own definition of an emergency. And, expect the issue to be taken care just so that "you can't say its not working" and that too until it leaves your apartment door. Keep reporting same issue until you move out of apartment. Analogy is "using water

I was told to pay a $300 background check and when it was paid they would give me a call within 7 business days. It has now been over a month, luckily my girlfriend already had the place and I just moved in with her. But, if I would’ve known they would’ve just pocketed the $300 I would’ve never put my name on the Lease and just live here with her. I haven’t had any maintenance problems, yet which is why it’s a 2 star. But for the fact that they haven’t even called to let me know what’s going on in over a month, it is kind of bothersome.

The first year was actually great. No issues with management. Minor issues quickly resolved by maintenance. Daniel in maintenance is great! The grounds keeper Floyd is so kind and really keeps the apartment clean. Every time I see him around, he's cleaning and making the complex better.
Second year, management changed for the worse. Don't get me wrong, the apartment complex is old. The appliances are very outdated and the apartment is just old. I had the lovely opportunity to speak to Jackie about an issue. Maintenance came and tried to resolve it. I received an email stating to call management

First moved in and it was alright. Slowly started having problems with water damage, black mold on windows. Our water heater even started sparking one day (the water heater is located IN A CLOSET. High fire hazard??) Toilet flooded three times total and had it back up into our carpet in front of the kitchen. Washer kept breaking. The maintenance crew is very nice and helps solve these problems, I just can’t believe they let people move into apartments with these kinds of issues. The wires were obviously outside of the unit (water heater) itself and could have caused an issue.. something most

This community is for the most part very peaceful. I stayed in the building facing the road and across from the businesses so it would get noisy sometimes. The area is nice for walking/jogging and you will see many people that use that to their advantage. There’s also a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. There is a nice gym, two pools, and a new concierge locker system for packages! Some of my favorite amenities is the washer and dryer that comes with the larger 2 bedroom floor plan and vaulted ceiling with fireplace. The carpet is really soft too, not that cheap stuff. I have lived at East Chase since June 2019 and I have loved every minute of my time living there! The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, the office staff and maintenance workers are always helpful and welcoming, and the property is quiet and peaceful. I have always felt safe and at home at East Chase. My unit is beautiful and spacious; I love my mirrored closet doors in my bedroom. I would recommend living at East Chase to anyone!

I have lived here since May with a friend of mine and luckily we will be moving soon. There are so many issues with this apartment. We have had duct tape around our bathtub tile for months now because it was falling out and causing water damage into the bedroom and still hasn’t been fixed. Our dishwasher went out and it took them a month to replace it with another horrible dishwasher. The vent in the bathroom would leak onto the toilet when the upstairs neighbor would shower. Took them a month to figure out the issue. Our A/C went out in the middle of summer but because it was only 78 degrees

Appliances are very old. For example, oven doesn't have a light inside, it doesn't have a timer or a window. I simply hate it and it's really frustrating that I have to live with this. I asked for a different one but they said they can't replace.
Other appliances are also old but oven is what frustrates me the most.
I signed my lease during Covid shutdown so didn't get a tour and didn't see all these. You can find better places for same / cheaper prices. I do 'NOT' recommend this place.

When moving to Kentucky we didn't know where to start. We called a couple different apartment buildings and got information. We decided to go with East Chase. The staff is always super friendly. The maintenance men are very helpful and fast. One of the guys even helped me carry in groceries one time while he was in and out of my apartment working on a broken washing machine. Not a bad looking dude either;) I told them about the washing machine and a week later they installed a brand new one. It probably would have been sooner but they needed to order the washing machine. To sum it up, very old apartments with wide spread mold and leakage problems. Not worth the money, only the convenience of location demands some value. To top it all, you have to deal with very non-cooperative, arrogant and hostile management. If you get a decent apartment with no major maintenance problems (mold and leakages in particular), which is highly unlikely (I have heard of problems even in their renovated apartments) and if you do not have to deal with the management, then you are very lucky and you should be fine. If not, God save you!

The worst experience i have had by far the staff is unwilling to help with any issue at all and is very rude. applying is very simple other than the fact you have to pay almost $1,000 in application fees and deposit.
i would not!!! recommend to any one to live here at all
