We made a last minute decision to visit Biltmore and fortunately found a great 1 BR Suite at The Residences at Biltmore. We were also very fortunate to book the Couples Spa Package with Sandi Saba and Maggie. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable, but these 2 ladies made us feel like royalty! My husband and I urge you to try the Spa Service…you won’t be disappointed!

Don’t stay room 123. The people above sound like they are coming through master bedroom ceiling. If you need an extended stay place. This is a really good place for you. Kitchens etc are nice. It’s just not for me. I need some extra luxury. Bedding clean. Linens clean. Ample kitchen supplies. Good TV. Has all the movie channels.

This is the first and last time we will be staying at The Residences of Biltmore. The condo itself we not bad, but the noise around the building from above, below and the side was terrible. It sounded like we had an army batallion practicing drills above us. Plus, there were bags of garbage piled up outside of our door and spilled soft drinks that left a mess and stickiness right outside of our door. I called the concierge twice about it and also my husband stopped by the office to complain. Would not recommend if you are looking for a quiet, clean place to stay in Asheville.

I just extended our stay from 5 nights to 21 nights because we feel so comfortable here. My biggest fears from reading the reviews were as follows: lack of cleanliness, dangerous area, and unfriendly staff. Let me start by saying that I wouldn’t extend my stay if any of that were the case. I arrived before the 4 PM check-in time and after reading a review on here I thought for sure I wouldn’t be able to check in. Quite contrary of that, the gentleman at the office said my room was ready and provided the keys to me. The parking is way hidden from the street and well-lit. The unit is furnished

Loved this place!! Location is very close to Biltmore and the historic district. Grocery stores, hospital, Starbucks and pharmacy all close by. Staff was very friendly upon check in and accommodating to our elderly pets ( gave us a ground floor room). Beautifully kept grounds that really make you feel like you're in the mountains. Suite was clean, spacious and comfortable. Loved the gas fireplace and separate shower/jetted tub!! We will definitely return to The Residences at Biltmore. So much better than a standard hotel room, even compared to the suite style hotels.

LOUD!!! It's a shame, this place is lovely, has everything including a great gas fireplace. But you hear every last thing from above and beside you. Every single step, every flush, every shower and especially that incredible huge bathtub filling. The staff is lovely and accommodating, so if noise doesn't bother you, stay here, absolutely. But if you'd like quiet, this is NOT the place.
