Wonderful hotel. Staff is absolutely amazing. I love the scanning of the key card to get onto the elevator. Restaurants in hotel are good and room service is amazing. Beds are super soft and comfy. Bathroom is lovely and shower is great. The complimentary robe is a nice touch. Thankful to August who brought complimentary birthday gift to my room. Will def be returning. Only downside is no microwave in rooms or water .

I LOVE Kimpton hotels. Not only did we feel taken care of but we felt very happy and at home at this hotel. An employee by the name of August was one of the most helpful and kindest employees I've met. Will definitely be staying here again for the service, cleanliness and proximity to all things in Asheville.

From attentive staff who are willing to help and appease any request, to the artfully decorated rooms and wonderful restaurants in the hotel, it was the perfect place to call home while we visited Asheville over Thanksgiving weekend. The Thanksgiving Prix-Fix dinner at the Bargello was also fantastic and super, reasonably priced. Nothing is over-priced at this hotel. They even provided a welcome gift bag for our dog and a birthday treat and note for my boyfriend. One of the nicest staff in any hotel we've experienced. Everyone seemed happy to be working there and to be of service to guests. Thank

Hospitality is the one way to describe this hotel staff. I was visiting with Santa as a day guest for the Asheville parade. The staff went out of their way to treat me with great respect and kindness. I'm so impressed my husband and I will spend our anniversary here. 💕 Absolutely the place to be!

There was a spill in our room before checking in. We got there and they said it’s be another hour- to compensate they gave us $100 at the bar/restaurant, brought all our bags up and made sure we were taken care of. They were above and beyond in their care while we stayed. The hotel itself is stunning and the beds are so comfortable!

This was my favorite hotel in Asheville but this last visit was just uncomfortable. I treated myself to an luxury suite, a much needed staycation to relax and work while enjoying the Mountain View's, but they were doing window work the whole week. I informed Emily, the room expert of my intentions when I booked and she suggested a specific room overlooking the mountains. I would have appreciated a heads up so I could have moved into another suite! And on the first night, my little dog was nearly a goner when the elevator suddenly closed and went down while my dog was out in the lobby attached

This hotel is fanominal. The location is great for walking around for shopping, eats and drinks. The vibe is relaxed and chic. I heard a great DJ and loved the hip bar. I had a GREAT martini. Best of all is the friendly and caring staff. Seriously, they are far more kind and helpful than most of the people in Ashville. I had almost resigned myself to poor customer service, until I landed here. I will be back, for sure. Thanks to Owen at the desk who found my luggage and returned it to my room.

Exceptional service!! I have to say that the Kimpton staff are very very attentive and can almost facilitate anything that you ask for from where to find protein shakes to get you a expresso maker in the room. Room had an amazing view and it was super clean and pretty!!

My wife and I had our wedding in Asheville and had all of our family, friends, and wedding party stay here. The hotel was just amazing and so accommodating. We had drinks and food daily in the hotels bar and restaurant and just loved the whole experience. The managers and staff were so friendly and knew everyone by name. The room service was amazing and rooms were stunning. Highly recommend this hotel.

Gorgeous hotel. They accommodated my partner, myself, and my dog with no problems. They had a little doggy gift bag at check in with grain free treats and a coupon for a local pet supply shop in case we needed anything AND they had a dog bed brought up to the room.
The room itself was gorgeous, clean, and very comfortable. The restaurant was super accommodating, too, when we changed from room service to actually going to the restaurant instead.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional service, beautiful hotel and a fun vibe!
My husband and our fur babies stayed at Hotel Arras in October 2021. We booked a suite during our 5 day stay.
Upon arrival the front desk staff greeted us by name, they even greeted our pups by name! They were genuinely happy to see us. Will B. the Guest Services Supervisor does a wonderful job keeping his team delivering the ultimate customer service experience!
Our suite was absolutely stunning, super clean and quiet. The hotel staff members were so nice. Each morning they had a treat for our fur babies.

Fabulous hotel. Outstanding staff. Very helpful, gracious and personable. Modern, elegant rooms with super comfy beds/bedding and great showers. Terrific views from floor to ceiling windows. Great location for walking around this charming town/shops/eateries. Wonderful on site restaurant with delicious food. And very pet friendly...a pet loving, upscale hotel.

Property manager, David, is a joke.
Rented the conference room for a training - what a debacle! Especially when we ordered catering from a local restaurant when the hotel wasn't providing due to covid.
Fast forward to conference room rental and mid training with employees David barged in to announce who he is - like David no one cares we are in the middle of a class but thanks for boosting your ego.
The hotel is about to fall down like the condos in Miami - do not recommend staying here!
Each floor from 12 down has flooded and experiencing the domino effect

We had a great 2 night stay at this hotel! It is located in a perfect part of downtown Asheville with so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We brought our dog and appreciated how pet-friendly it was. We were on the 8th floor and had minimal street noise, much less than most downtown areas we've stayed in. There is a park a block away which was great for walking the dog.
PARKING TIP: instead of valet parking, we parked right across the street in the lot under the AC Hotel by Marriott (10 Broadway St). Parking was only $15/day which was much more reasonable than $27/night

The valet parking made it easy, I do wish that someone would have helped me with my bags though. They got me a cart at least, but this gal was struggling with my luggage, dog, purse, mask, keys, all the things.
Check-in was easy. They gave my dog a new toy and some treats that looked locally made- I loved this. They also gave me suggestions for the best areas to walk him.
My room was beautiful! It was even a little sexy with the shower

Arrived at 1pm and they accommodated an early check in with no issue.
I was kind of confused on where to find valet so I had to call. Turns out before 4 PM valet is in the front of the building and then after it's in the back of the building due to construction. I pulled up and was nobody there for so I just left my car and went inside.
Valet is $27 in&out which I knew prior to coming but still that's steep! There's literally nowhere else to park though

I am a huge fan of the Kimpton hotels since the mid 2000's for these reasons.
1. They are modern, clean and nice.
2. They allow pets.
3. They have zero breed and weight restrictions.
It's always been rough on me as a Rottweiler owner to search for pet friendly hotels only to find out that they aren't entirely pet friendly to all dogs. So all the Kimtpon Hotels have allowed me to travel without leaving my dog at home.
That being said, Hotel Arras was an exceptional experience. Super clean, modern and the staff is wonderful (including the valet!). It's centrally located
