I had pending case where I was side swiped by commercial vehicle I explained my situation and asked if it was worth pursuing or just letting insurance handle it and they assured me it was a case worth pursuing. I foolishly signed away and after 4 months no calls and no letters I call to follow up and they tell me my case was dropped and not worth pursuing with them. Beware.

I highly recommend using them for any personal injury situation. Shawn and his team were there for me from start to finish. I was rear ended while completely stopped. The accident caused back, neck and wrist pain. Eventually, I had to have wrist surgery to repair the torn ligaments in my wrist. Shawn and Liz Pacheco were superb!!! They handled everything with such professionalism and detail, that all I had to do was concentrate on my healing. Ok ,i don't know were to start. Got into an accident, my car was totaled, at he time I did not know any lawyer to represent my case, and I was recommend it to Bedford Law Office. I'm sure that Shawn made all the efforts to represent my case in court, but Liz the case manager is just "Magical".
