50 Twenty Apartments

I really enjoy living here and so do my kids. I love our space and the peace and quite inside my apartment home. Neighbors are respectful and everyone I’ve met or passed by are friendly, including the pets.

I just moved here 2 weeks ago and it already starts to feel like home, the moment I stepped foot in my new apartment at 50twenty I knew I’ve made the right choice, I really love it here

I love living at 50Twenty! The maintenance team is always quick to fix my issues! I love the amenities and underground parking! A bonus is that they do monthly resident events, so you can meet more people in the community!

Looks can be deceiving. It looks good from the outside in. When it comes to everything inside, it's cheap and falling apart. They don't fix anything in a timely matter or forget about you all together. They will lie to you when re signing a lease. Hallways and Stairwell never get cleaned. Packages go missing from the lobby. I've lived in building where they had section 8 and it was run and maintained better than this place.

I rented from 50twenty Apartments and loved our space. Maintenance requests were a bit slow but the people were nice technicians. Once the pandemic hit and management changed. All hell broke loose.
My husband was a frontline worker and I was not (though my job and health was impacted). They offered a new lease and we accepted. Then the management rejected the acceptance a month or so before our lease ended. Leaving us to scramble for housing with three kids.
When asking the office for a final walk through they played it off through email as if they couldn’t change the time as we were moving

As I couldn't give 0 star giving 1 star. Leasing terms are worst when you are vacating or moving to a other apartment in same community.
My suggestion is to stay away from this community if you have other options. Ofcourse leasing office people are not friendly in adjusting the terms eventhough if you are planning to pay the full month rent.

Most of the management at 50Twenty is amazing, I’ve lived here for an year and the people here starting with James, Roxanne, Mike who were the first staff I met were super nice, made the move in and paper work process super easy.
I’d also like to specially thank Melissa Rakestraw for being very responsive and professional for any concerns I’ve raised!
The people that live around here are pretty good. The community is diverse and you get to see people from all walks of life and I’ve got to make some great friends here!

I’ve lived here for a year now but we are truly upset with management. Limiting our time with pool and having no access to it over the holiday weekend. I regret resigning my lease. We here about other apartments allowing their tenants use their amenities with no rules or guidelines and yet we can’t do crap.

I wanted to pop on here and brag about how much I love the 50Twenty Apartments. My fiance and I have lived at 50Twenty for the past few months. We have had an AWESOME experience so far! The office staff are always helpful, our neighbors are friendly, and we truly feel like we live in a community. We have lived in two different apartment complexes prior to living at 50Twenty. We are so relieved that we moved. I know for a fact that we will be resigning. I would recommend 50Twenty to anyone, especially if you have dogs! There are plenty of places to walk your pet with walking trails behind the complex

Move-out was a royal pain in the neck, with an elevator that kept being out of service, and a perpetually disappearing cart needed to bring things down on the elevator to either the ground level or parking level. Forced to do a lot more manual hauling of things than should've been the case. Also, had too many neighbors whose behavior, especially their children, was problematic. Next door neighbors cooked strong smelling food, and often BURNED things, then opened their hallway door to let the smoke dissipate. Neighbors upstairs had two kids whose primary entertainment seemed to be running

I have lived here for over a year now and I absolutely love it! It is so close to the east side of madison and sun prairie that it only takes like 5 minutes to get to each. The complex is very well kept and clean! The pool is heated and so nice! The workout area is nice a clean as well! They have heated garages, a very nice clubhouse room, and the buildings are kept super nice and clean. The maintenance people are so nice and are very quick to getting to peoples problems they may be having. The leasing office staff are so nice and helpful they truly don't get the recognition they deserve. I would

50Twenty was the perfect place for my husband and I to call our first home together! We loved the on-site fitness center, awesome pool area, and the high end, clean apartment unit. The quick access to the highway was ideal for us - great location! Plus the staff (James, Roxanne, Adam and more) were so helpful! The maintenance team was quick to fix any issues (which were few and far between). Thank you, 50Twenty for a great 3 years! Highly recommend!

I loved living at 50 Twenty! I only moved to be closer to work but it was a tough decision. This was my all time favorite community and you couldn’t ask for a better location!

This complex is absolutely amazing, and we'd love to have you as our neighbors! The staff here is unparalleled, especially Jessica, who went above and beyond on multiple occasions to help us with our move here from Chicago. Jessica took it upon herself to personally move 2 large packages into our empty apartment before our arrival due to an unexpected early delivery! She is kind, knowledgeable about the area and fun to talk to in general. I highly recommend 50twenty to anyone looking for a quiet, safe and luxurious apartment.

Apartments are nice and modern! Everyone in the office helped our leasing process be smooth and enjoyable. High security and friendly neighbors. Definitely would recommend this place.

It is an honor and privilege to live in such a community. There's no where else is rather be. Thank you 50Twenty for having an amazingly talented staff and property to match.
They charge a $60-100 convince fee for paying online, I submitted 7 maintenance requests on Dec 28 2016... yes 2016 and still waiting. Ensure you not only fill out your move… in list of things broken, but also keep a copy.
Utilities are sky rocketed due to poor design. Vents are on the ceilings which are 18+ feet high, wasting 75% of your energy.
Parking is a complete nightmare so prepare to get creative.
