For your convenience, each of The Nest's bedrooms are available for individual lease. No roommate? No problem. The Nest offers an in-depth roommate matching service to place you with your perfect match.

Parking at The Nest is free however, we ask that you bring no more than one vehicle. All vehicles (scooters and motorcycles included) must be registered with the leasing office and permits must be properly displayed as required. Please speak to the office for specific details on parking regulations.
