A beautiful apartment complex that seems quite enjoyable and quiet.
I've been very happy with management and maintenance is quite friendly and respond to work orders.
I've loved the quiet neighborhood that I loved very much and Meadowbrook Apartments is beautiful and yes, it was an birthday present to my self and yes, it's close to where I work.

Go somewhere else. They added a whole case file to my account and I havent even been notified of this. Scammers once they get your information. Recommend staying away from here especially if youre a college student and dont want negative impacts to your credit at an early age

Meadowbrook has taken care of me since for 4 whole years. Maintenance crew were very responsive and respectful. The office was accomodating. They have always given me back my deposite so long as I leave the space clean. I had no problems with management and my stay with them has been really peaceful. Thank you Meadowbrook.

I've lived here for less than a year and I've had fruit flies for the past few months that they will do nothing about. I've contacted management multiple times and they claim Orkin comes out and can't do anything about it. I can barely eat food in my own apartment, let alone cook in my kitchen or make a pot of coffee. Avoid living here at all costs. It's absolutely disgusting. Thankfully I'm moving when my lease is up because this place is AWFUL.

Extremely over priced for what it is. Does not even include laundry. The older apartment buildings smell odd and are extremely out dated. For the price you would think the inside would be a little nicer. If you are a college student I recommend looking elsewhere as it is extremely expensive here. I give it two stars for location and the staff is friendly. out dated, pricey, and move out process is not good. Only thing I like is the location.

I lived at Meadowbrook for four years and really enjoyed my experience. Our apartment was clean, and a reasonable price. Utilities were never bad. The management at Meadowbrook is fantastic. They are so friendly and always willing to help you with whatever you need. I never had any major maintenance issues. All maintenance requests were handled promptly, sometimes even the same day or the following day. The maintenance crew was always friendly as well. I have nothing but good things to say about Meadowbrook. If I had a negative, it would be that I wish there was a little more snow removal when

I have to give Meadowbrook 5-stars for convenience. I am renting a one-bedroom now and I really love how much closet space I have, and especially how much counter-space the apartment has (I love to cook and bake). This is a perfect location for me since I often go back and forth to campus a few times in one day and can easily walk or hop on one of the busses that comes through frequently. Definitely perfect for KU students!

It's okay. I live here now. The location is really good if you're a student. It's hard to complain about such things, but I can't help but feel rebuffed about certain things, especially when I know the resources exist.
While many other building at this complex have decent bike racks, the one outside my building could be broken by kicking it… free or even just unscrewing the chain from the garage. One of my work orders took a literal month to fulfill. By that time I had fixed it myself. However, this was only one occasion. With other work orders we've had them were fulfilled within a day
