Top notch property management company with a staff that pays great attention to detail. We've had this management company taking care of our community in Coral Springs for about two years and ever since Lena took over, issues have really been getting resolved in a very timely manner.
When Lena first took over, she went through the trouble of going door-to-door to meet each and every homeowner and built a personal rapport to really get a good understanding of our community and to find out what matters most to the people living here. We feel extremely blessed to have someone like her watching

I've been working with SunState since 2008. When we came on we were bankrupt, our roofs were falling a part, we owed the state $20,000 and they got that reduced. We are now financially sound even after our rooftops have been completely redone. I don't think its possible to find a better group of people to work with, money cant buy this type of dedication to your work. Thank you for continuously working to improve these buildings. Your partnership over the years has taught me in many ways how to be the best Association President i could be. I look forward to working with you for many years

Our complex has been falling apart for quiet some time.. My family has been living here since 1979..
So i remember how Beautiful it once looked :(
Since Lena and the staff at Sunstate came to the rescue. Sands Point has already had some major improvements.
She listens and also takes action and gets the job completed..
She has gone above ans beyond to improve our complex..
Power washing, tree trimming, washing machine repairs.. It needs to be done and they take ACTION..

Did not chose them as your HOA. They are terrible. They fine you made up violates to make money. There employee refuses to acknowledge you when you see them in person. You call their office and no answers. You can leave a message and email, they won't get back to you. Avoid destroying your community.
