Services
Accountability - Having an appointment with your trainer will motivate you to show up and put in the work. It's a set time in your calendar just like any other appointment. Fitness is my passion. I enjoy introducing people to this wonderful experience, helping them live healthier lifestyles and the feeling of empowerment that comes as the reward!
When we started Limitless Fitness, our vision was to create a welcoming environment where everyBody could feel like this was their gym through appreciation and acceptance. We wanted to educate the community on the benefits of fitness using safe, effective and goal oriented techniques to help people grow into their best self!
Our programs run in 3 month intervals but many of our clients have been with us for years because they love the community and the results they get at Limitless. Down more than 55lb's, Jayson's Inspiration comes from past and present family, a must see! Work consistently with the same trainer to achieve your health and fitness goals. We have packages for 1-3 times a week with your trainer and the option of adding additional time in the gym with Open Gym at a discounted rate. Keeping active as we age is important for bone density, mobility and general health.

LIFE CHANGING! I've only been with Limitless for 7 weeks or so, and I'm already addicted. I have never stepped foot in a gym and after the 1st day being at Limitless --> I felt so comfortable. I am able to be myself with no judgement. They not only push me to do more, but they walk me through the target areas and what "pains" to look out for so I don't break myself.

I've been a participant at Limitless Fitness for about three years (with a regrettable hiatus stuck in the middle of that time) and am happy to say I've found my fitness home. If you are looking for a small community of professional trainers who meet with you and create spot on work out programs, Limitless is definitely your home too. The trainers are personable. The community that the owners have cultivated is top notch. Members look out for one another and I always feel welcomed when I walk in, because everyone says hello. Their newly developed Open Gym program is customizable to your training

I would highly recommend coming here if you are struggling with your fitness needs. The trainers here are great to work with, not only will they work with you in achieving your goals while your are at the studio but they will also reach out via text or email to find out how you’re doing when your not at the studio to make sure you stay on track. The energy is so positive and it is so welcoming. I love this place and think anyone who joins feels the same.

I've been going to Limitless Fitness for 2yrs. now and highly recommend the personal training and fitness classes. The trainers are all excellent, love what they do, they're motivating and very supportive. The classes make exercising fun and are challenging. Love this place!

I started my journey with Limitless Fitness around October/November 2018. They have challenged me and showed me how much fitness can change your life for the better. I am still working on my goals and have a long way to go. However, since coming to limitless I am a little over 20 pounds lighter, my lab results have improved, and my anxiety/depression are a lot less severe. Michelle is fantastic and pushes me to do my best! Even when I think I can't do it. Classes are fun as well! Thank you to everyone at Limitless Fitness for helping me get this far and I plan on continuing on in my health journey

A little difficult to find at first. They have a good program but I'm not sure it's what I personally need. I think for younger people in their thirties and forties this would be great. Not saying it's bad but not for everyone. Will go back and check out another class to see if that is better.

I decided to try personal training after years of working out at home with poor results. My only expectations were to drop a few pounds and to tone a bit, however the Limitless team has encouraged me to push my limits. The trainers are tough, but also very supportive and design workouts that not only strengthen your body, but also help prevent injuries. The training sessions are always different and you work muscles that you did not even know existed! One of the things I like best about Limitless is how friendly everyone is, there is a real sense of community. I highly recommend Limitless Fitness

Great experience! Having been idle for well over a year I found my way to Limitless Fitness for a six week special promotion. I took advantage of weekly personal training along with the group classes that they offer. From the first day I entered the facility I found an extremely welcoming and supportive group of individuals in both the trainers and the community of clients. Within my initial six week period I once again found myself lifting and performing movements that I worried were no longer in my wheelhouse as I approach my late 50s.
