This is a class aimed to those who have never run before. NFLF coaches instruct new runners in proper running form, injury prevention, nutrition, strength training and other important running concepts.

Mike’s guidance and help with my running, and that of my core strength training, has led to a resurgence and a new understanding of what I am capable of both physically and mentally. As an actual client at "No Finish Line Fitness", I'll say that Mike provided the support I needed to raise my fitness level and to prepare me to run a 9K. I was struggling to get myself in shape on my own, but Mike gave me the professional advice I needed. Moreover, he gave me inspiration! Mike is an awesome coach. He is fair, honest, and kind. He has a great knowledge base on how to train runners to be safe at whatever level they are at. I first met Mike as a novice, he took me under his wing and cheered me on as if I was training for a marathon, when in fact I was training for a 5k. I always looked forward to our training sessions, as it was always the boost I needed to stay motivated, and I always came away having learned something new, either about running or about myself :) Many thanks to Coach Mike!
